Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of the incidence of the Cesareanendometriosis diseaserelevant factors and clinical features of differenttypes. Methods (1)A retrospective study of254patients who have history of thecesarean sectiond and line the second surgery between2009and2012wasperformed. Divided into two groups based on with or without the endometriosisdiseases. Case group:124patients who diagnosed with the endometriosis diseasesin second surgery.Control group:130patients who diagnosed with notendometriosis diseases in second surgery. To comparative analysis of therelationship of the two groups between the endometriosis diseases and with orwithout primary dysmenorrhea、 cesarean age、 cesarean delivery time、postoperative menstrual recovery time、postoperative contraception、postoperativeuterine operations and postoperative pregnancy history.(2) A retrospective studyof124patients who have history of the cesarean sectiond and diagnosed withOEM、 AM and OEM merge AM between2009and2012was performed. Tocomparative analysis of three groups in age of diagnosis、 cesarean delivery time、postoperative time of onset、 with or without primary dysmenorrhea and clinicalsymptoms: postoperative dysmenorrhea、 pelvic pain、 sexual pain、 menstrualdisorder、increased by the amount、enlarged uterus、pelvic mass、pelvic tendernessnodules and increased serum CA-125.To clear the cesarean endometriosis diseaseclinical features.Result (1) In254patients,cesarean age (P=0.911), cesareandelivery time (P=0.543) and postoperative contraception (P=0.552),there are no correlation with the cesarean endometriosis disease occurs; primary dysmenorrhea(P=0.000), postoperative uterine operation (P=0.000), postoperative pregnancyhistory (P=0.000), there are correlation with the cesarean endometriosis diseaseoccurs. Primary dysmenorrhea (OR=7.775), and postoperative uterine operation(OR=2.451) for cesarean endometriosis disease risk factors.Postoperative themenstruation recovery time (OR=0.843) and subsequent pregnancy (OR=0.261)for cesarean postoperative endometriosis disease protection factors.(2) In124patients, the difference was not statistically significant in compared of threegroups with cesarean age、 with or without primary dysmenorrhea and sexual pain(P>0.05); The difference was statistically significant in compared withpostoperative time of onset(P=0.003)、 cesarean delivery time (P=0.021)postoperative dysmenorrhea (P=0.024)、 menstrual disorders (P=0.031)、 thevolume increased (P=0.019)、 the enlarged uterus (P=0.000)、pelvic mass (P=0.000)、chronic pelvic pain (P=0.000)、pelvic tenderness nodules (P=0.008) andserum CA-125(P=0.000). Conclusion (1) Cesarean endometriosis diseaseoccurred with primary dysmenorrhea and the presence or absence of uterineoperations was a negative correlation (risk factors),andpostoperative menstrual recovery time and subsequent pregnancy after a positivecorrelation (protective factors).(2) After cesarean clever capsule incidence earliestand pelvic mass and increased serum CA-125is its characterized; Adenomyosisonset time of the latest and enlarged uterus, menstrual disorders performance isincreased menstrual flow is its characterized.
