Objective:According to the clinical observation of the prevalence of elderly patients withchronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients combined with anxiety and depression, and analyzedthe clinical data between depressive and anxiety group and no anxiety and depression group, statistical processing, Investigating the related factors of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasecombined with anxiety and depression or whether related to the systemic inflammation, and providehelp for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:(1)According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, select the acute exacerbations ofelderly men (age≥60years) hospitalized patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in38cases,Using the Hamilton anxiety, depression scale to determine whether the patients have symptomsof anxiety and depression, To observe the incidence of the anxiety and depression, meanwhile, all theselected patients were divided into anxiety and depression group and without anxiety and depressiongroup.(2)Records the clinical data of the patients such as age, marital status: age, smoking, smokingindex, course of disease, the times of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease oneyears early; Checking the blood gas analysis on the day of admission, record PH, PaO2, PaCO2, SO2,testing the pulmonary function within three days, and record FEV1, FEV1%Pred, FEV1/FVC,determine the C-reactive protein;Using the CAT questionnaire to assess the health status of theselected patients, and assessment of patients of dyspnea with MMRC.(3)Compared the relatedclinical data between the depression anxiety group and no anxiety depression group, whether havethe differences between the two groups, analysis the correlated factors of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with anxiety and depression..Results:(1) There are18cases with anxiety and/or depression in38patients, accounting for47.4%, at the same time combined with anxiety and depression in14cases, accounting for36.9%, asimple combination of depression in1cases, accounted for2.6%, only3cases with anxiety, accounted for7.9%, no anxiety and depression in20cases, accounting for52.6%.(2)Chronicobstructive pulmonary disease with anxiety and depression group CAT score, MMRC classification, one years before of the times of acute exacerbation, CRP higher than those without depression andanxiety group(P<0.05),FEV1%Pred, FEV1/FVC lower than those without depression and anxietygroup (P <0.05),but the two groups in age, smoking index, age, smoking, blood gas analysis courseof chronic obstructive pulmonary disease had no difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. The elderly male patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with anxietyand depression easily.2. The elderly male patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with anxietydepression have related to the level of lung function, CAT score, MMRC score, one years before thetimes of acute exacerbation.3. The level of C-reactive protein have increased in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease combined with depression and anxiety, the level of C-reactive protein is associated withairway inflammation injury, indicating that the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasecombined with anxiety and depression may be associated with airway inflammation.
