Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Anxiety And Depression By Naoluotong Mixture

Objective:Through the analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups,discusses the clinical advantages of Naoluotong mixture in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with anxiety and depression.Methods: 84 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group.On the basis of the same modern medical treatment plan for COPD,the control group was treated with western medicine antidepressant preparation escitalopram oxalate tablet,while the treatment group was treated with Naoluotong mixture for 6 weeks After that,the symptoms,pulmonary function indexes and scale scores of the two groups were compared.Results: Compared with before and after treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical efficacy and improvement of some lung function indexes(P < 0.05);in scale score,there was difference between the treatment group and the control group in scale score(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion: The treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with anxiety and depression with phlegm and blood stasis can relieve symptoms,improve lung function and make it safe to take.one-step research promotion.
