There were 20 healthy peoples and 10 patients with anxiety, 10 patients with depression in comparable group. Record patients?general information(gender, age, Smoking history, The economic situation, Level of education, family care situation).Second, all patients divided into groups under assessment with HAMA/HAMD and GABA, 5-HT detection(standard steamed bread meal test). The simple COPD,COPD combined anxiety, COPD combined depression,COPD combined anxiety-depression. Combined groups were divided into intervention group and non-intervention group according to whether carrying out intervention measures. Third, statistical number of patients combined with anxiety, depression, assessment constituent-ratio. Received intervention treatment at the same time, to investigate HAMA,HAMD,GABA, 5-HT after 2 weeks after treatment.Results:1. General Clinical data(HAMA?HAMD) experiment group before intervention:There were 35(HAMA/HAMD>7)in 50 patients who was diagnosed COPD. Using the HAMA/HAMD evaluation of Mental Disorders questionnaire, 15 patients were had anxiety,10 had depression,10 had anxiety-depression constituent-ratio associated with anxiety30%,depression20%, anxiety-depression20%.2. HAMA?HAMD data according to whether or not they accept intervenetion: We assessed the date(HAMA/HAMD) before and after treatment reaching a conclusion:The score declined obviously. The comparison date(HAMA/HAMD) the intervention group was higher than those of and non-intervention group(t5.404,P0.000).3.There had no marked relationship between COPD combined anxiety, COPD combined depression, COPD combined anxiety- depression, anxiety, depression.4. 5-HT,GABA change in experimental and control groups before and after treatment:In COPD combined anxiety group: 5-HT,GABA increase after treatment.(5-HT t3.950 P0.001; GABA t-2.042 P0.023); In COPD combined depression group:5-HT,GABA increase after treatment.(5-HT t6.726 P0.000;GABA t-3.367 P0.003);In COPD combined anxiety-depression group: 5-HT,GABA increase after treatment.( 5-HT t5.423 P0.000; GABA t-4.265 P0.003). The 5-HT,GABA of intervention group has statistically significant difference compare with non-intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Owning to COPD was associated with excess morbidity and mortality, at the same time impaired health related quality of life and mood.
