【Objective】1To analysis Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) infection rate of the patients with differenthistopathological types gastric cancer;2To explore the correlation between histopathological types of gastric cancer andH.pylori infection;3Comprehensive analysis of H.pylori infection in the happen and progress of gastriccarcinoma;4To provide the basis for the research of the relationship of H.pylori infection in thedifferent histopathological types of gastric cancer.5. To provide the basis for the treatment and prevention of gastric cancer associatedwith H. pylori infection.【Methods】1. This paper have collected information of375protopathic patients with gastric cancerfrom the Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an university from January2009to July2012,whohave been diagnosed H.pylori infection by14C-urea breath test and gastric cancer by theway of pathological and Gastroscope.2. Collect relevant information by chart review the data of the patients with gastriccancer, such as general characteristics date (age, sex, address etc.)and Clinical andpathological data(H.pylori infection, part, the type of exterior, histological classification, differention etc.)(the type of exterior:Borrmann calssification, histologicalclassification:the calssification standard proposed by WHO in2000). 3. Using SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis. By using the chi-square testto compare the infection of H.pylori on the patients with different histopathological typesof gastric cancer. Judgment the relationship between H.pylori infection and gastric cancerhistopathologic classify.【Results】1. There is no significant difference between the rate of tubular adenocarcinoma andmucinous adenocarcinoma in patients with H.pylori infection.2. The H.pylori infection rate of the patients with intestinal type gastric cancer isobvious higher than the patients with diffuse type gastric cancer.3. Compared with poor differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma, the H.pylori infectionrate of patients with the well-moderate differentiated differentiated of tubularadenocarcinoma is higher, and the difference is quite obvious.【Conclusion】1. There is no significant difference of H.pylori infection rates between the tubular andmucinous adenocarcinoma gastric cancer.2. H.pylori infection is associated with tubular adenocarcinoma tissue differentiationdegree.Well-moderate differentiation tubular adenocarcinoma is more closely related toH.pylori infection than poor differentiation tubular adenocarcinoma.3. H.pylori infection is associated with gastric cancer tissue(Lauren claasify),and theH.pylori plays an more important role in intestinal type gastric cancer than that in diffusetype gastric carcinoma.
