Three Ways To Treat Ⅲ B Type Prostatitis Clinical Comparative Study

【Objective】Ⅲ by comparing three different treatment regimen for type B the curative effect ofprostatitis, seek treatment Ⅲ B optimal scheme of prostatitis, and to explore newtherapies.【Methods】Selection during January2012-October2012in yan ’an university hospital urologyclinic diagnosed Ⅲ B male patients,180cases of prostatitis, average age (31.331.3),according to the order of the patient with random number table method can be dividedinto the drug therapy group (group A), comprehensive treatment group (group B), thedrug therapy group (group C),60cases in each group.In turn to the patients for treatment during the study period to give three differenttreatments, and each patient sees a doctor to give3copies of the U.S. NIH-CPSI scale,respectively, in the clinic for the first time,3months and6months treatment tell patientswhen completing this form, when fill in the first table in clinics and leave the phonenumber of the patients on the table, the second and third table will keep patients, late inorder to study the treatment for3months and6months back. To pay a return visit forstatistical data, comparison between groups last total effective rate of treatment.【Results】Treatment for3months, group A, group B and group C treatment’s effectivenesscomparison between three groups had significant difference in statistics (group Acompared with group C U=1231, P=0.047<0.05; the group A compared with group BU=789.5, P=0.013<0.05; group B compared with group C U=653.5, P <0.05).Treatment group effective rate was75.5%, B group of treatment effectiveness90.2%, treatment effective rate was59.6%in group C. The therapeutic effect of group B (best,curative effect and group A, group C curative effect is the worst.Treatment of6months, group A and B and C treatment’s effectiveness comparisonbetween two groups have significant difference in statistics (group A compared withgroup B U=759.5, P=0.005<0.05; the group A compared with group C U=1232.5, P=0.042<0.05) between group B and group C efficient are no sex differences in statistics(group B compared with group C U=1054, P=0.272>0.05). A treatment groupeffective rate was81.1%, B group of treatment effective rate was97.6%, the therapeuticeffective rate was94.8%in group C. Group B and group C’s curative effect is better thanthat of group A, group B and group C compared the curative effect of no statisticalsignificance.【Conclusion】1. Drug treatment combined with non-drug therapy comprehensive treatment is thebest solution for Ⅲ b-type prostatitis.2. Drug therapy than non-drug therapy in a short period of time (3months) are moresignificant curative effect, drug treatment and curative effect is combined with non-drugtherapy.3. As for non-drug therapy, there insist for a long time (up to6months) curativeeffect significantly improved, its curative effect is even better than pure drug therapy.4. Non-drug therapy insist for a long time (up to6months) can be close to thecurative effect of comprehensive treatment, curative effect for some patients use drug andnon-drug treatment, after3months of drugs due to various reasons can’t insist on patientswith medication, try a simple non-drug treatments continue to follow-up.
