Full-flavor characteristics of flue-cured tobacco varieties screeningCompared to analyze the current main variety of full-flavor, Y892aroma quantity is enough,quality good, chemical coordination, good adaptability, stable but not productive. ZhongYan100neutral aroma components is low, poor quality, aroma quantity is insufficient, but the highproportion of superior tobacco, high yield, wide adaptability, good stability and chemicalcomposition are coordinated. XiangYan3good quality, quantity, production medium, stability andadaptability. NC297sensory quality of medium and high but unstable, poor adaptability. K326quality of good, quantity foot, wide adaptation range, but the yield is very low. NC55aromaquality of medium, sensory evaluation is not prominent, poor stability, adaptation range is small.Worst NX232sensory evaluation generally, stability, adapt to the range is very small. NC89sensory quality, stability, minimum yield. Over87sensory quality of medium, stability is best,wide adaptation, but the yield is low.2. The differences between different varieties and nitrogen metabolism and aroma precursorsUse NC89, K326, ZhongYan100as the research object, for the three varieties maturity nitrogenmetabolism related indicators for comparative analysis and main aroma precursors. Researchshows that in tobacco leaf maturity, NR activity, GS enzyme activity, GDH enzyme activity,soluble protein, free amino acids, nicotine content, all show the NC89> K326> ZhongYan100,polyphenol and carotenoid content were NC89<K326<ZhongYan100. I.e., nitrogen metabolismrelated enzyme activity is higher the variety of soluble protein, free amino acids, nicotine contentis high, but low polyphenol and carotenoid content.3. Carotenoids differences between varieties of different ecological regions Biome on climate conditions difference in content between varieties of carotenoids and theirdegradation products are analyzed,(1):Carotenoids, varieties showed Y892accumulation thanZhongYan100many, than the degradation of ZhongYan100completely; Origin is NanXiongbetween accumulation of flue-cured tobacco, degrade faster. And amount of degradation in thedifferences between producing area is greater than the differences between different varieties.(2)the lipoxygenase (LOX): leaf age55days before enzyme activity is low, the difference betweenvarieties and producing area smaller, leaf age55days after enzyme activity, difference betweenvarieties and producing area to expand, the same origin of varieties has Y892> ZhongYan100,between the varieties of the same origin is NanXiong> XiangCheng.(3)The carotenoidsdegradation products: flue-cured tobacco planting in NanXiong than planting flue-cured tobaccodegradation products in XiangCheng content high, Y892degradation products content higher thanZhongYan100, the main factors influencing the total degradation products is huge beans,degradation products mainly comes from the accumulation of mature period the degradation ofcarotenoids.
