Dosage and the planting distance interactions with nitrogen, nitrogen dosage andleave leaf number for the experimental study on the output value of flue-cured tobaccogrowth, physiology, yield and baking smoke after the chemical composition, the influenceof the aroma. The main results were as follows:(1) The photosynthetic efficiency of flue-cured tobacco within the same Nitrogendosage level,it first increase and then decrease afterwards as planting distance shortens.Atthe same level of planting distance, photosynthetic efficiency also first increase and thendecrease afterwards with the increase of Nitrogen dosage. From the co-effect of Nitrogendosage and planting distance, it can been seen that treatment M2N2which with appropriateNitrogen dosage and appropriate planting distance has the highest photosyntheticefficiency. Either high density of plant distance with high Nitrogen dosage or low densityof plant distance with low Nitrogen dosage is not conducive to improve the efficiency ofphotosynthetic.Dry substance The one with the higher photosynthetic efficiency has thehigher dry substance accumulation amount and speed. The plant height, stem circumference, maximum leaf width increased with the increasing Nitrogen application, and decreasedwith the increasing of leave leaf number.(2) In the earlier stage of topping for flue-cured tobacco, the leaf NR activity washigh.NR activity has a rising trend with the increase of Nitrogen dosage.Within the sameNitrogen dosage level,NR activity decreases as planting distance shortens. In the earlierstage of growth,NR activity first increases and then decreases as leaving leaf numberincreases.During the later period of growth,NR activity drops gradually as leaving leafnumber increases. At the same level of planting distance, increasing Nitrogen dosage helpsto increase the content of Potassium in the root and leaf. While at the same level ofNitrogen dosage, with the increase of planting distance, the content of Potassium in the rootand leaf also on the rise, but have no obviously regular effect on the content of Potassium tostem. In N1level is gradually reduced, N2, N3level first increased and then dropphenomenon.(3) The yield of flue-cured tobacco has a rising trend with increasing apply ofnitrogen fertilizer. As the planting distance shortened, the yield in N1level (low apply ofNitrogen fertilizer) first increases and then drops. While that in N2level (middle apply ofNitrogen fertilizer)and N3level (high Nitrogen fertilizer), the yield increase continually.Within the same level of Nitrogen applying, the overall change for yield first increases andthen drops with the increase of leaving leaf number, Only exception is in N3level (highNitrogen fertilizer), which the yield increases continually but later period has a very slowrise with the increase of leaving leaf number. Within the same level of planting distance, the output value of flue-cured tobacco has a rising trend as Nitrogen fertilizer application increases. As the planting distance shortens,in Nitrogen level N1and N2,output value firstincreases and then drops; in Nitrogen level N3, output value rises gradually. As the leavingleaf number increases, in Nitrogen level N1output value continually drop; in Nitrogenlevel N2and N3, it first increases and then drops.(4)Middle tobacco leaves in the same level of N element, with the planting distance isreduced, total sugar, reducing sugar content is on the rise, and nicotine and total N, K, Cl,is on the decline; Same planting distance conditions, with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer,no obvious regularity, soluble sugar and total N, nicotine and K is on the rise; Normalfertilization condition, the middle and upper leaves with the leaf number increased, solublesugar is on the rise, and nicotine and total N were downward trend; Leave leaf numbersame circumstances, with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer, K first increased and then drop, upper leaves central leaf K, no obvious regularity in N3Cl content is higher.(5)Central tobacco aroma total amount, with the planting distance is reduced, N1, N2,first increased and then decreased, while the N3gradually reduce; Under the condition ofthe planting distance with, with the increase of dosage of N element, aroma total amount ison the rise, higher total first three processing performance for M2N2> M1N3> M2N3;Central lobe in leave leaf number, the same as the nitrogen fertilizer increased, has atendency to drop after first increased, nitrogen fertilizer cases, the same as the left appearsleaf number increased at first and lowered later, highest performance for L4, L2second.Upper leaves aroma total amount, nitrogen level in the same condition, with the increase ofleave leaf number first increased and then drop; With the increase of nitrogen fertilizer inL1and L2level after the first increased, and L3, and L4levels have been gradually rising.
