However, due to the extremely difficultly the Notopterygium is cultivated, wild resources will deplete.So the commercial herbs is in short supply.In this paper,coordinating the issue"Notopterygium high altitude mountain cultivation and standardization" and"Research Notopterygium seeds (seedlings) quality standards and breeding technology point of order"and took a large number of Notopterygium cultivation of seeds and seedlings Standardization research.On the basis of the preliminary work,we carried out some of the key Notopterygium cultivation technology and quality comparative study cultivated research, guidance Notopterygium the basis to explore Notopterygium growth and development characteristics. The study results are as follows:1For the first time,nitrogen, phosphorus stress on Notopterygium underground part of the morphological changes is researched,screening promote its roots and main root development, inhibition of lateral roots and growth of suitable N, P concentration,to provide a reference for the to change physiological mechanisms reveal cultivation Notopterygium traits and improve cultivation Notopterygium traits. Through compared the cultivation Notopterygium and the wild Notopterygium of the thin-layer chromatography,we found that there is a significant difference, the results showed that the two chromatographic spots differences the cultivation Notopterygium in Rf value of0.92,0.76,0.53at three chromatographic spots wild Notopterygium No, Rf value0.49chromatography spots, wild Notopterygium is not obvious.4.3In the main component,in accordance with the method for the determination of Notopterygium in the current version of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia",this article studied between the cultivation Notopterygium and the wild Notopterygium, and found that both of they have reached Pharmacopoeia standard,the total amount of Notopterol and isoimperatorin of the cultivated Notopterygium with higher levels of0.7130%.Carried out experimental study on volatile oil content determination between the cultivation Notopterygium and the wild Notopterygium,he results showed that, the cultivation Notopterygium volatile oil content is1.15%,,which is not reached Pharmacopoeia standard, but the wild Notopterygium volatile oil content is1.46%,which is reached Pharmacopoeia standard.4.4For the first time.studied on the cultivation Notopterygium and the wild Notopterygium about safety and pharmacodynamic comparative, found in75%ethanol extract liquid experiment the wild Notopterygium median lethal dose LD50is the61.869g crude drug/kg, equivalent to adult clinical daily dose (0.15g/kg) of the412times, and the cultivation Notopterygium the median lethal dose LD50the is71.251g crude drug/kg, equivalent to the adult clinical daily dose (0.15g/kg)475times, indicating that in the test both of the cultivation Notopterygium and the wild Notopterygium,s security is good, and acute toxicity of cultivation Notopterygium is lower than the wild Notopterygium; anti-inflammatory test results showed that, compared with the control group, the cultivation Notopterygium high-dose group (4g/kg) and the wild Notopterygium low-dose group (2g/kg) can significantly inhibit xylene-induced ear edema in mice (p<0.05), showed significant anti-inflammatory effect; analgesic test results show that, compared with the control group, cultivation Notopterygium of the high dose group (4g/kg) can be very significantly reduced acetic acid-induced writhing frequency (p<0.01), wild Notopterygium of low-dose the group (2g/kg) can significantly reduce the vinegar induced writhing (p<0.05), cultivation Notopterygium high dose group (4g/kg) andwild Notopterygium low-dose the group (2g/kg) could significantly prolong the acetic acid-induced writhing in mice (p<0.05) showed a significant analgesic effect.
