| Ganoderma belong to Kingdom Fungi, Basidiomycota, Basidiomycetes, Ganodermatales, and Ganodermataceae. Ganoderma have been used for thousand years in China, and modern researches have been demonstrated that they have many pharmacological actions, like immunomodulatory, anti-tumor, suppression of inflammation, etc. Clinical researches have found that Ganoderma can treat many diseases, such as chcoronary heart disease, hepatitis, hepatocirrhosis, arteriosclerosis, hyperlipoidemia, hypertension, and so on.In the literature, the reported studies on Ganoderma are in the aspects of pharmacological mechanism and components. But there are many kinds of Ganoderma and many different cultivation methods, the reports of differences among category, cultivation, growth phases and pharmacodynamic are little. In the past, people thougt that the older the Ganoderma is, the better the effect is. But this has not been demonstrated by modern research. This sduty selects three kinds of Ganoderma, ascertain the correlation between category, cultivation method, growth phases and pharmacodynamical impact.1. This paper investigated shapes of wood log cultivated and Tube-cultivated fruit body. The results suggested that the shapes of different kinds, planting methods and growth phases of fruit body are diverse.2. This paper selectd chizhi, zizhi, huangjinzhi, and studied the difference among them on pharmacodynamic impact, such as effect on sleep of mice by pentobarbital, swimming time of loaded-swimming mice, panting time after decapitation in mice, anti-tumor, differation of PC12 treated by different G.sp, ascertain the correlation betwwen category and Pharmacodynamic.3. We planted three kinds of Ganoderma by two methods and cellected the fruit body. We did the same 5 experiments and ascertained the correlation betwwen cultivation method and Pharmacodynamic.4. This study collected different growth phases of three kinds of Ganoderma, did the same five experiments, and ascertained the correlation betwwen growth phases and Pharmacodynamic.5. This study assured the correlation betwwen medical component and growth phases of Ganoderma, according to Ganoderma Polysaccharide and Triterpene contents. |
