The distemper on dogs by three veterinary clinic was on2011in heze, and visited somefarmers, in order to collected complete epidemiological datas, maked effective prevention andcontrol measures, get the following conclusion:First, the survey results showed that the region of canine distemper overall infection ratewas24.3%, the results was low with domestic other provinces and cities,but the mortality ratewas higher, about80%.Second,Canine distemper was a highly infectious diseases, vaccination was an effectivemethod for prevention the disease, however, the survey founded that only a handful ofdogscan be timely enough to vaccination, immunization or not strictly according to theprocess of immune immunized canine distemper in the region was the main reason of thedisease. In addition, part of the host used inferior vaccines or randomly simplifyimmunization vaccination program for saving money, leading to immune failure. Also, dogdied, few host to buried or burned bodies, were discarded. Kennel lack strict disinfectiontreatment at the same time, maked the disease and its living environment becomed epidemicfocis, The old virus was not clear and introduced new dog, leaded to repeatedly raise risk of avicious cycle.Third,the virus strains were isolated from the disease of material strain, the strain canreplicate in Vero cells, poison, after4~5d appear cell pathological changes, expression of cellcircle shrinks gradually,6~7d CPE expanded,8d cells began to appear net loss,9~11d cellsinto a massive net loss. By south Korean imports of canine distemper diagnosed dipstick test,serum AGAR diffusion test, virus neutralization test, physical and chemical properties testand electron microscope show that the morphology of the strains, culture and physical andchemical properties are in line with the characteristics of canine distemper, canine distemperis one individual plant, and named the CDV-l. Fourth, Through physical and chemical test and virulence test, found in CDV-1pH7.0~8.0virus activity is not affected, after acid alkali environment is not conducive to thesurvival of the virus. Live poison antigen5x103.8TCID50/x102.8TCID50/ml and5ml,2m1/time, the leg muscles a immune, noobvious difference (P>0.05), and the OD value of only$0.3, highest the immune effect isless than1x105.832TCID50/ml inactivated antigens. A1x105.832TCID50inactivatedantigen/ml,2m1/time, the leg muscles immune twice, can produce a higher level ofantibodies, the OD value of0.49, high valence of antibody level can be maintained at leastthree weeks, and can successfully resist5x105.8321ml dose live poison poison attack.
