This research paper mainly from the angle that plant growth regulator on theimpact of the of Malus hupehensis and continuous replanted apple root growth, two kinds ofplant growth regulator connected role in regulating the growth of apple was analyzed. Theimpact of Sodium nitrophenolate and DA-6on Malus hupehensis growth in hydroponicconditions and the impact on replanted apple growth under field conditions was studied, theregulation mechanism was also studied. The results can provide a technical reference thatApplication of plant growth regulators to solve the apple replanted obstacles.1. Through laboratory hydroponic experiments, the best concentration of Sodiumnitrophenolate and DA-6was used to promote growth of Malus Hupehensis as well as theimpact on Malus hupehensis of Sodium nitrophenolate and DA-6were studied. The resultsshow that Sodium nitrophenolate5mg/L and DA-610mg/L can significantly increase thebiomass including height, root length, leaf area of seedlings of Malus hupehensis. Sodiumnitrophenolate and DA-6can improve the chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, rootactivity and root various protective enzymes such as Peroxidase (POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD), hydrogen peroxide enzyme (CAT), activity of Malus hupehensis seedlings. They canalso reduce the content of malondialdehyde (MDA). Sodium nitrophenolate and DA-6caneffectively reduce the membrane lipid peroxidation, raise seedlings self-defense capability ofMalus hupehensis seedlings, thereby enhancing the Malus hupehensis seedling resistanceability to promote the growth of seedlings of Malus hupehensis.2. Through a pot experiment, the best concentration of Sodium nitrophenolate and DA-6was used to promote growth of replanted apple as well as the impact on replanted apple ofSodium nitrophenolate and DA-6were studied. The results show that Sodium nitrophenolate10mg/kg and DA-620mg/kg can significantly increase the height, stem, root fresh weight andother physiological indicators of replanted Apple. Compared with the CK, the increase rateof the height, stem and root fresh weight of Sodium nitrophenolate10mg/kg was20.6%ã€37.5%and39.5%; For the trearment of DA-620mg/kg, the increase rate was23.0%ã€41.3%and62.8%.The study found that Sodium nitrophenolate and DA-6can improve the chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, root activity and root various protective enzymessuch as Peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and hydrogen peroxide enzyme(CAT) activity of replanted Apple.
