| Plant growth regulators are important for the development and yield of millet.In order to study the regulation relationship of plant growth regulators on the growth and yield of millet,this experiment was conducted in Heping Ranch Experimental Park in 2019,using field cultivation methods,with two millet varieties of Gong’ai 5 and Honggu 09-1 as experiments Materials,randomized block design,four leaf growth regulators(S3307),prochloraz(DTA-6),gibberellin(GA),and melatonin(Mt)were sprayed on the foliage at the early stage of jointing,respectively Four concentration gradients were set up to study the effects of plant growth regulators on millet agronomic traits,photosynthetic characteristics,physiological indicators and yield,providing a theoretical basis for the application of regulator technology in millet agricultural production.The main findings are as follows:1.S3307307 treatment can inhibit the plant height of Gong’ai No.5 and Honggu 09-1 plants.With the increase of concentration,the stronger the inhibition effect,the more obvious the effect of S75 treatment;DTA-6 and Mt both promote the millet plant height.,And increased with the increase of concentration,which was the largest when treated with D60 and M100;the promotion effect of GA on millet plant height was as follows,the most significant promotion of Gong’ai 5 was G20 treatment,and the promotion effect of Honggu 09-1 was the best It is G30processing.The influences of the four plant growth regulators on the internode length of millet are consistent with the plant height variation.The overall performance is that S3307307 inhibits the internode length,and GA,Mt and DTA-6 promote the internode length.S3307,DTA-6,GA and Mt all promoted the stem thickness of the two millet plants.As the concentration of S3307,DTA-6 and Mt increased,the stem thickness increased,the highest values were S75,D60 and M100 treatment and G20 respectively deal with.2.S3307,DTA-6,GA and Mt all have a promoting effect on net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration.The greatest promoting effects of Gong’ai 5 are S75,D30,G10 and M50,respectively.Honggu 09-1 has the greatest promotion effect on S50,D30,G10 and M50.3.The millet treated with four plant growth regulators effectively increased the activities of SOD,POD and CAT,among which the most significant SOD promotion effect of Gong’ai 5variety was S25,D30,G10 and M10;the treatment with the most significant POD promotion effect It is S50,D60,G30 and M50;the most significant CAT promoting effect is S25,D30,G10and M100.The most significant SOD promotion effects of Honggu 09-1 are S25,D30,G30 and M100;the most significant treatments for POD promotion are S75,D30,G20 and M10;the most significant treatments for CAT promotion are S50,D30,G30 and M10.The soluble protein of both varieties is higher than CK under the influence of regulators.Among the four regulators,the best promoting effect is DTA-6.4.The four millet growth regulators treated with different concentrations of millet have different performances.For Gong’ai No.5,the ear thickness,single ear weight,and single ear grain weight were significantly higher than that of CK when treated with S25,and the yield increased by 15.6%compared with CK when treated with S75;the yield of D60 treatment was significantly higher than that of CK,which increased by 20.73%;G10 treatment increased10.4%over CK;M100 treatment increased 6.39%over CK.For Honggu 09-1,the single-ear weight,single-ear grain weight and thousand-grain weight of S3307 treatment were significantly higher than that of the control treatment,and the yield was increased by 25.7%compared with CK in S75 treatment;DTA-6 had the biggest effect on single-ear grain weight,D60,D30treatment increased yield by 27%compared with CK;G20 treatment had a 1000-grain weight that was significantly higher than control treatment,G30 increased yield by 20.19%compared to CK;Mt treated Honggu 09-1 had little effect on millet spike length and ear thickness,and M100treatment At that time,it was 17.38%more than CK.5.Among the four plant growth regulators,DTA-6 has a greater effect on promoting the yield of millet,especially at a concentration of 30mg/L,the effect of increasing yield is most obvious.The yield of Gong’ai No.5 was significantly positively correlated with the grain weight of a single ear,and was significantly positively correlated with the stomatal conductance;the yield of Honggu 09-1 was very significantly positively correlated with the ear thickness,and was significantly positively correlated with SOD2 and SOD3 Related. |
