Avian influenza, or bird-flu, listed as A class of influenza virus genera, cousedpoultry systemic infection or respiratory syndrome, all kinds of poultry and wild birdscan be infected. Influenza virus was recessive infection of waterfowl is not pathogenic, but as the variation of the virus, also can cause waterfowl morbidity and mortality. Atpresent, the domestic ducks industry quietly transform from the traditional bath modeto drought raising mode. Drought raising mode and the traditional bath mode in thebreeding environment, feed nutrition, disease prevention and control program isdifferent, may affect the duck avian influenza immunization program. The test is tomonitor the change of maternal antibody and immune antibody come from droughtraising mother ducks and ducks; exploration on the relationship between maternalantibody and immune antibody; To find the effect of the different types of vaccine toducks and to explore the immune organ development law; the test results:1. Mother duck avian influenza immunization programs: The first immunization at15days of age with0.5mlH5N1, The sedcon immunization at49days of age with1.0mlof bivalent seedlings (H5N1and H9N2), The third and fouth immunization at148and316days of age with1.5ml of bivalent seedlings (H5N1and H9N2); Meat duck avianinfluenza immunization program: one-time immune at9days of age with0.5mlH5N1,only7days to produce effective immune antibody protection, still in antibodytiter antibodies protect critical until the42days of age, but proposed to detect titermaternal antibody to calculate disposable immunization days of age.2. Comparison of different types of H5N1vaccine immunization on meat duck: H5N1re-6cases and H5N1re-4cases+re-6cases immune duck is feasible, but notsuitable for H5N1re-6cases+H9N2re-2cases.3.By serum antibody known mother duck and meat duck of monitoring maternalantibody concluded that mother duck serum antibodies in the4-10log2is linearinverse relationship with antibodies loss.4.Through to the avian influenza immune and non immune duck to monitor thedevelopment of immune organs in conclusion: the duck thymus index growing in1-28days of age, first slow, quick, and declined after the28days of age, the spleen andbursa of fabricius index decline from borned. Avian influenza immunizationsignificantly stimulated the duck’s immune organ development. This test made more reasonable drought raising duck mode of avian influenzainactivated vaccine immunization program.
