Discussion Of Cherry Valley Duck High Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus Vaccine Immunization Program (Subtype H5N1)

It is very important to implement the avian influenza compulsory vaccination to prevention and control of avian influenza.In this experiment, the same batch of 200 cherry Valley duck were divided into four groups, control group 100,not vaccinated, starting from day 1, every seven days randomly selected 20 serum samples for antibody detection of duck, observed changes in the antibody; the other was divided into four groups, each group 25. respectively, according to different immune program and doses with recombinant avian influenza virus vaccine (H5N1 subtype. Re-5 strain) which was from Guangdong WinSun bio-Pharmaceutical Company Limited production.Every interval of 7 days after inoculation randomly selected 20 serum samples duck antibodies, the antibody of the changes were observed. According to the challenge experiment and promotion of the trial, the best immunization program were verified.The results show that:(1)the third vaccination program was obtained higher antibody levels and become more resistance;(2)the challenge experiment and the promotion of the trial were verified that the third vaccination program was more suited to the local actual situation, and more practice.
