This paper adopts the method of the traditional taxonomy combined with modern molecular toidentify the fungi (Ⅰ) that we collection from shandong province in2010~2012. The main researchcontents is as follows:1.The fungi (Ⅰ) resources survey in shandong province:(1)57kinds of strains were identifiedwith the traditional taxonomy (characters and microscope observation, partial purification, cultureand observation, etc.) combined with molecular biology methods, belonging to2phylum2subdivision13Class19order26family37genus56species. Among them,20species belong to Slimemolds (Myxomycota),7species are partial to Deuteromycota,17species belong to Ascomycotina,6species are partial to Basidiomycotina,6species are first discovered and9species are first collectedfrom shandong province.6new species: Peziza crataegi C.L.Xu.sp.nov., Botryosphaeria cynanchum L.C.Xu.sp.nov.,Rosellinia sp.nov., Phoma cynanchum L.C.Xu.sp.nov., Beauveria sp.nov., Paecilomyces crataegiL.C.Xu.sp.nov.9kinds of distribution of new records in shandong province: Cribraria purpurea Schrad.,Tubifera ferruginosa(Batseh)J.F.Gruel., Arcyria insignis Kalehbr.&Cooke, Didymium leoninum Berk.&Broome., Hyalorbilia fusispora (Velen.) Baral&G., Ascocoryne cylichnium(Tul.)Korf., Bisporellacitrina (Batsch: Fr.) Korf&S.E. Carp, Hypoxylon deustum (Hoffm.: Fr.) Grev., Postia guttulata(Peck) Jülich.The new species are markerd*,and the ones of new distribution in shandong aremarked.(2) the economic value: two species of edible fungi,four kinds of medicinal fungi, four ones can beused for both food and drug. teaching materials with17species, three ones own to insecticides fungi, but there are some species that their economic value has not yet been determined and remains to bestudied. According to the alimentation mode,17kinds of fungi are parasitic,38kinds of saprophytes,and1species are symbiotic fungi—Phoma Cynanchum L.C.Xu.sp.nov.(3) The consequences of our analysis the futuristic feature of the fungi(Ⅰ) collected from shandongprovince showed that seven dominant class containing more than4kinds that respectively arePezizaceae, Clavicipitacetes, Monilialeae, Enteridiaceae, Trichiaceae and Physaraceae.Sevenpreponderant families consisting of more than three fungi respectively are Peziza, Cordyceps,Hypoxylon, Paecilomyces, Arcyria, Lycogala and Physarum.(4) The fungi more born on live, dead or rotting wood, leaves and bark of trees or plants living thatexist in different mountainous and botanical gardens and plain grassland in shandong province.2.The molecular biology analysis results of entomogenous fungi:We adopt the traditionalmorphological methods and combined with modern molecular biology methods that DNA extraction,PCR amplification, purification, sequencing, and ITS sequence homology and phylogenetic analysiswith5strains separated from others. The identified results of5tested strains show that they belong to4different kinds of entomogenous fungi.Among them,2kinds are new species that are Paecilomycescrataegi L.C.Xu.sp.nov.and Beauveria sp.nov. The other two species respectively are Cordycepsmilitaris and Paecilomyces farinosus.
