A field expriment was carried out in Xuchang to study the effect of theappropriate amount of biochar about tobacco biochar-based fertilizer on flue-cured tobaccogrowth and quality and the soil fertility.The main results were as follows:1.In the observed fertility period, the plant height, stem girth and effective leaves of eachprocessing were not significant when transplanting30d. The difference were graduallyrevealed when tobacco grow from the busy long-term to the dome of the period processing.Plant height, stem thickness and the effectivenumber of leaves used biochar are higher thanthe processing of the application of biochar (CK). Stem girth showing the first increase andthen slightly decreasing trend and the number of leaves with the increase in the amount ofbiochar increases with the increase in the amount of biochar. The tobacco have a bettergrowth conditions and quality of flue-cured tobacco agronomic in the amount750-1125kg/hm2range of biochar. The dry matter accumulation of leaves applied biochar isgreater than the application of biochar treatment (CK) in the period of45-75d. Theaccumulation of roots, stems, leaves are higrest of biochar1125kg/hm2(T3) in60d. Theapplication of biochar (CK) leaves accumulated the highest intensity in30-45d,45-60d, theamount of biochar1125kg/hm2(T3) got it in45-60d and1500kg/hm2(T4) in60-75d.Different amount of biochar can change leaf accumulation intensity of differentperiods.Biochar is good to put off dry matter accumulation strength, maturity and decline.2.The chlorophyll content is the highest applicated biochar750kg/hm2in60d and1500kg/hm2(T4) reach the highest in75-90d.Chlorophyll content showed an increasingtrend with the application of biochar content in70-90d. The carotenoid content appliedbiochar (CK) were higher in60d. In90d the750-1500kg/hm2is highest and the Chla/Chlbratio presents decrease with the amount of biochar increases.This shows that biochar couldslow the rate of degradation chlorophyll, support a high carotenoid content in the late,reduce the extent of damage of the photosynthetic membrane and better for increased plantstress resistancesmoke-chip delay aging, to extend the maturity time of the tobacco.3.Nitrogen content of tobacco variations biochar in1125-1500kg/hm2in45-60d,so itcould support balanced nutrient.It have a smaller change in60-75d.It can provide adequatenitrogen for the tobacco plant and is easy to put off the maturity.Biochar could improve thephosphorus content of tobacco and it is not easy to aging in60-75d.Biochar could could be postpone the emancipation of potassium. It still provite more potassium for a long time.4. The sugar content of the impact is not significant, total nitrogen, starch, potassiumlevels significantly increased applied biochar. Total nitrogen and potassium contents weresignificantly higher than the non-application of biochar (CK) processing. Sugar/nicotine andnitrogen/nicotine is closer to the range of quality tobacco. Tobacco of biochar applied750-1125kg/hm2have a good quality.5.Biochar could improve the amount of neutral aroma matter of middle leaves. Biochar750kg/hm2(T2) have the highest total of aroma matter. The carotenoid degradationproducts,solanone and the neophytadiene content are the highest applied750kg/hm2(T2).The brown product degradation product degradation product content to the amount ofprocessing the highest content1125kg/hm2(T3), phenylalanine is the highest with375kg/hm2(T1). Biochar increases the total amount of Neutral Aroma matter, improve thearoma index B and is easy to have a coordinate aroma. Biochar could improve the amount ofneutral aroma matter of upper leaves. Biochar750kg/hm2(T2) have the highest total ofaroma matter, neophytadiene and phenylalanine degradation product.Brown product classdegradation products and carotenoids degradation products with1125kg/hm2(T3) is thehighest. Biochar increases the total amount of Neutral Aroma matter, improve the aromaindex B and is easy to have a coordinate aroma. Biochar750-1125kg/hm2(T2-T3) is goodfor the aroma of tobacco and the the aroma index of B value compared to the application ofbiochar (CK)greatly improved, which will help the tobacco to form a good aroma and taste.6. Biochar could provide a more stable source of nitrogen for the tobacco plant. Theamount of available phosphorus and available potassium is higher than soil application ofbiochar (CK) in60d. The amount of valid state iron increase in45-60d. The amount ofmanganese is less than the application of biochar (CK) processing in the early growth.Theamount of copper is steady and is higher than the non-application processing.The amount ofzinc rise when biochar applide0-375kg/hm2in60d and it rise in75d biocharapplide750-1500kg/hm2.
