With the improvement of the intensification of the livestock and poultry industry and the production scale continues to expand. Many farms in the feces anywhere accumulate or uncontrolled discharge of the effluent, it has caused serious pollution of the environment. In fact, animal manure is a source of pollution, but also is a valuable organic resource, which includes various nutrients for crops fertilizer. The original dung in addition contains a lot of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other trace elements and essential plant nutrients outside, still contains all kinds of enzyme, to improve soil organic matter and its fertility, improve soil structure and plays a fertilizer irreplaceable role. Animal manure solid-liquid separation technology for livestock and poultry manure removes the large amounts of water, and reduces the difficulty and energy consumption of the follow-up treatment so that the cost of processing is saved. A lot of dilution water need to be added to the mixture if current technology and equipments were used. Treatment difficulty and the cost become high, and the loss of separated manure nutrients is also increased. The subjects developed a kind of mesh belt type machine for animal manure solid-liquid separation, which does not produce additional wastewater, but fully maintains organic nutrients, and benefits to environmental protection and energy saving.(1) Mesh belt type animal manure solid-liquid separation machine developed. According to the poultry and animal feces biochemical characteristics, innovative design on the molten cloth, gravity dehydration, clamping pressure dehydration, S type extrusion dehydration, forced press dehydration and scraper discharge technology process. To calculate the belt type filter press processing ability, the filter area, power, filter with effective width, extrusion roll stiffness, roller distance relationship, motor speed, speed reducer output torque cylinder bore cross sectional area, bearing life and filter with the type of key parameters. Optimize the design of the fabric, the S-shaped extrusion force dewatering zone, squeeze rollers, corrective devices, Scraper, tensioning devices, electrical controls, pneumatic purge key components. Achieved the animal manure solid-liquid separation, do not generate additional waste water, anhydrous cleaning, conserve resources, reduce livestock manure nutrient loss, fully maintain organic nutrients. Equipment main technical indicators:processing capacity:2~3t fresh feces/h,1.2~21dehydration faeces/h, Raw material moisture content:80~85%; Discharge moisture content:65~75%; Net belt width:1000mm; Net belt speed:2~8m/min, Host power:2.2kW; Operator:1~2person, Environmental index:, no secondary pollution, waste liquid concentrate emissions.(2) Mesh belt type solid-liquid separation machine reliability analysis. Experimental results show that the optimum working conditions for the mesh belt type solid-liquid separation machine for cow’s dung:The press roll pressure of0.5MPa, the pore size of the mesh belt0.7mm, belt speed8m/s, under this condition, the moisture content of72.11%, total nutrient is2.54%, and12.83%organic matter.
