The utilize of agricultural organic waste and the residue of anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas,biogas slurry circulation utilization is a very important technology for environmental pollution control and renewable energy production,It is also an important approach for the pollution control and resource utilization of livestock breeding.Compared with other livestock and poultry manure,Undigested fiber accounted for about 50%of total solid content of 50%in large-scale cattle.Accounted for a considerable proportion is wood fiber which is difficult to directly used by anaerobic microorganisms.Resulting in cattle manure anaerobic fermentation rate differences in substance and low overall efficiency of anaerobic fermentation.Single fermentation of raw materials and unstable economic benefits caused by breeding economic benefits are are problems in anaerobic fermentation with livestock organic waste but to some extent affected the development of biomass energy industry some how.This paper stands on the practical problems exist in anaerobic fermentation of cattle manure industry,puts forward pretreatment the large-scale cattle farm waste by solid-liquid separation screw machine.Wood fiber content in separation liquid decreased and the liquid get lower.Viscosity separation.Separating liquid is advantage raw material for anaerobic fermentation.The moisture content in separation solids is close to the level of organic manure composting,provides convenient for subsequent use.Self-developed the anaerobic fermentation test platform which can accommodate three tubualted bottle?5L?under laboratory conditions for anaerobic fermentation tests.The platform has automatic temperature control,water level automatic control,water shortage alarm function and equipped with tanks,with laboratory conditions batch anaerobic fermentation experiment ability.Using experimental platform to carry out the inoculum train,anaerobic fermentation potential test by separation liquid of cattle manure mixed with rice bran.The result showed that separate liquid of cattle manure is easily used by anaerobic microorganisms,rice bran has higher VS methane production rate.The conditions of anaerobic fermentation were optimized by the method of medium temperature?350C±20C?total mixed anaerobic fermentation?CSTR?on the basis of previous work.To the volume of anaerobic fermentation system gas production rate,vs methane yield and vs removal rate as indexes,using cow dung separation TS percentage of TS mixing of liquid and rice bran mixture ratio,mixed material,hydraulic retention time?HRT?as the influence factors,three factors and three level orthogonal anaerobic fermentation test.Analysis the test results by using design8.0 software.Get the weight ratio of total solids?TS?for 1:1.5,feed concentration?TS?for 8%,hydraulic retention time?HRT?for 25d after optimized,the methane yield vs VS is 0.46 L CH4·g-1 VS,VS gas production rate reached 0.79Lmethane/gVS and VS removal rate reached 70.86%,volume production gas rate reached 2.14m3/?m3-d?.The test verified this process,the methane yield vs VS is 0.458L·CH4·g-1 VS,VS gas production rate reached 0.78Lmethane/gVS and VS removal rate reached 70.05%,volume production gas rate reached 2.01m3/?m3-d?.The test results of anaerobic fermentation with cattle manure separation liquid and rice bran mixed in this research could guide the construction and operation of hybrid anaerobic fermentation engineering based on livestock and poultry breeding wastes.
