| The use and development of renewable energy sources increase in our country as a result of global energy sources crisis and environment problem. Biogas as a kind of renewable biological energy has an important effect for increasing energy requirement, alleviating energy shortage and environment protection. At present, the quantity of biogas project has increased constantly in our country, the application field of biogas has expanded, and the quality requirement has improved continually as well. But in our country, the biogas use ratio of many biogas projects is still low, and wasteful. Therefore, the research on separation purification of biogas is very important. This paper puts forward the technology process for eliminating H2S, H2O and CO2 using adsorption, scheme design of separation purification plant and the test program for operating performance of equipment. The main elements of biogas are CH4 and CO2, which will be used as auto fuel (or gas) and gas fertilizer (or CO2 for food) separately. Firstly, it introduces several technology methods for eliminating H2S, H2O and CO2 in the separation purification of biogas, states the principle, classification, application, research method and process feature of adsorption and describes the classification, property indexes, and regeneration methods of adsorbents. Secondly, it researches the technique of several systems for separation purification of biogas, takes the adsorption method as the separation technology and determines the adsorbents of 3 systems. Thirdly, it gives every unit's design scheme of 1000m3/h separation purification equipment of biogas though analytic calculation, and the technology flow of the whole plant. Finally, it designs the test program for operating performance of the plant. |
