The experiments were carried out to study the effect of the different energy feeding on the fatty liver performance of Landaise.in order to exploit the landaise geese's produces and the new feed, for the right feed and energy level ,and reduce the geese produce cost, increase the economical profits and social benefits. The experiment animals are 14 week-old Landaise geese, with similar body weight, raised with similar feeding, were randomly allotted into 6 treatments ,10 geese each replicate. The experiments involved 6 dietary supplement (the corn, the com +3%,the brown rice, the brown rice+3%.the wheat ,the wheat+3% ).And we determination the Landaise geese'the growth performance , the slaughter trait and the fatty liver and the flesh'nutritions. The results showed as follows:Throughout the whole experiment, there was significant difference in difference energy feed for the average fatty liver gain (P0.05 ) .although affix the oil increase the energy level hi feed ,but the difference is not significant (P>0.05) ; and affix oil hasn't definitive accelerate effect on the fatty liver, the liver gain in weight effect which the brown rice group and the corn group without the oil are the better than that have oil.but the wheat group is contrary, but the difference isn't significant, the third group's the feed and the fatty liver weigh ratio is the lower in the treatments(17.01: l).so suggest when use the brown rice as the energy feed substitute for the corn, the feed's nutrition level is the better with the protein is 8.2%,the metabolizable energy is 13.53Mj/kg,the premix feed is 4%.The slaughter trait are no significant among the different groups(p>0.05),force feeding energy feed increase the storage of fat in the goose' liver abdomen subcutaneous and forall porcine and so on. And the storage of fat in the liver abdomen subcutaneous are significant different (p<0.05) . the nutritional ingredient in the goose'liver and the flesh'level as follow:The group with the brown rice as the energy feed the fatty liver's humidity ratio and the protein ratio are low than the group with the corn and the wheat as the energy feed, but the fat content is night significant different than the group with the com and the wheat as the energy feed.the flesh's humidity ratio and the protein ratio have significant different than before the force feeding .The test animals' fatty liver weight have significant different correlation with the body gain of weight s the final weights the sebum ratio s the sebum weights the internal fat ratios the seam fat weights the internal fat weight(p<0.05).with the feed and the liver ratio haven't correlation(p>0.05).this kind of the correlation among the internal fat ratio s the seam fat weight and the internal fat weight have the benefit in the seed grading.In short, the brown rice is a kind of heavy energyfeed feeder,it can take the place of the corn as the energy feeder as the overingfeed feeder, when using the brown rice as the overingfeed feeder ,the feeder nutrition level is the good that the protein is 8.2%,the metabolically energy is 13.52MJ/kg, the premix feeder is 4%.and the brown rice as-the energy we can't affix the oil, so we can reduce the costs of production for the fatty liver, the fatty liver have significant different correlation with the body gain of weight , the final weights the sebum ratios the sebum weights the internal fat ratio> the seam fat weights the internal fat weight, this kind of the correlation among the internal fat ratios the seam fat weight and the internal fat weight have the benefit in the seed grading.
