Shanbei White cashmere goat, Taihang Black goat and Nanjiang cashmere goat are representative goat breeds in China. In this study, we analysed the bioinformatics based on three goats varieties of CDS region of the KAP7and KAP1-4gene. The PCR-SSCP analysis of KAP7and KAP1-4was conducted, in order to provide theoretical basis for molecular breeding for cashmere goats. The results are as follows:1.The CDS region of KAP7gene was258bp. It encodes a protein with relative molecular weight (Molecular weight) for9105.0Da, its theoretical isoelectric point (PI) was8.91, with4positively charged residues (Arg+Lys), excluding the negatively charged residues. Its molecular formula was C416H569N105O117S6, the total atomic number was1213, and its half-life was30h. This protein was a stable protein. The aliphatic amino acid index was30.94. Maximum Hydrophilic index was1.567, the minimum Hydrophilic index was-1.467. The transmembrane structure prediction results show that there are two transmembrane structures. The protein has only a low complex domain. The protein had1threonine Thr,4Tyr, which could probably be protein kinase phosphorylation site. This protein was not a secreted protein.2.The CDS region of KAP1-4gene was579bp, it encodes a protein of relative molecular weight (Molecular weight) for19885.6Da, its theoretical isoelectric point (PI) was6.03, with6positively charged residues (Arg+Lys), and contained6negatively charged residues (Asp+Glu). Its molecular formula was C789H1257N231O281S44, the total atomic number was2602, the half-life of30h, belongs to the unstable protein. The aliphatic amino acid index is34.01, the minimum of the protein hydropathy index was-2.056, the maximum was1.744. The protein had4low complex domain. The first domains stared in the twenty-fifth amino acid, ended in forty-sixth amino acids; the second domains stared in the ninety-second amino acid, ended in114th amino acids; the third domains stared in the135th amino acid, ended in148th amino acids; the fourth domains stared in the162nd amino acid, ended in192nd amino acid. The protein had6serine protein sequence of Ser,3threonine Thr,1Tyr, which could probably be protein kinase phosphorylation site. This protein is not secreted protein。3. The KAP7gene present AA type and AB type in these three breeds. One mutation,129bp(Câ†'G) was founed in AB type of KAP7. Mutation is located in the5’ regulatory region. The CDS found no mutations, this region was conservative. AA genotypes in Shanbei White cashmere goat populations was the dominant genotype, its genotype frequency was0.875(239/272), allele A was the dominant allele,its gene frequency was0.938. In Taihang black goat population, genotype AA was the dominant genotype, its genotype frequency was0.803(224/279), allele A was the dominant allele, its gene frequency was0.902.In Nanjiang Cashmere goat population, genotype AA was the dominant genotype frequency was0.961(200/208), allele A was the dominant allele, its gene frequency was0.981.4. The KAP1-4gene present AA type and AB type in these three breeds. Two mutations,218bp (Câ†'T) was found in AB type of KAP1-4. Mutations were located in the CDS gene region. Mutation in218bp did not cause change in the amino acid sequence, belonging to the synonymous mutation. AA genotypes in Shanbei White cashmere goat populations was the dominant genotype, its genotype frequency was0.526(143/272), A allele was the dominant allele, its gene frequency was0.763. In Taihang Black goat population, genotype AA was the dominant genotype, its genotpye frequency was0.566(156/279), allele A was the dominant allele, its gene frequency was0.803. In Nanjiang Cashmere goat population, genotype AA was the dominant genotype, its genotype frequency was0.533(97/182), allele A was the dominant allele, its gene frequency was0.767.
