Endomitritis of Dairy Cattles is mainly due to bacterial infection, it is a common obstetric diseases caused to serious losses in the Dairy Industry. The purpose of this study was to explore the main pathogens of endomitritis in Shanxi province, and separate and identify the main pathogens. Strains were screened out from the separated pathogenic bacteria, then strongly poisonous strains with good immunogenicity were made into vaccine for animal testing by conventional methods. The experiment carried out in Shanxi Province, it was the major dairy endometritis epidemiological investigation. The results showed that:cow endometritis incidence rate was15.6%, accounting for58.7%of the cows reproductive disorders, the scale dairy incidence was15.5%, significantly lower than cows backyard households18.8%. Overall, for backyard farmers, the conditions of dairy breeds, feeding and management, environmental and health aspects are poor. It indicated that the causes of breeding endometritis were related to feeding, management, environmental health and so on. Uterine secretions sampling were collected from cows suffering from endometritis(155cattles), respectively, then they were cultured under anaerobic and aerobic conditions. The pathogen were separated and identificated. The results showed that:73strains of Escherichia coli were isolated from155copies of disease materials, positive rate (73/155);42strains of Proteus mirabilis, positive rate (42/155);11strains of feces enterococci, positive rate (11/155);6strains of Pasteurella, the positive rate (6/155);11strains of Nie eclipse Aiken Shi bacteria, the positive rate (11/155);6strains of swine erythema erysipelas wire bacteria, positive rate (6/155);6strains of food acid Comamonas bacteria, positive rate (6/155).Pathogenicity tests, immunogenicity study of screening isolated meningitis strains of E. coli, and Proteus mirabilis were done within the uterus of cows Shanxi Province. The results show that:the pathogenicity of these strains were immunogenic.Election separation of Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis strains were used as materials, then the vaccine were developed by means of conventional laboratory, and biological immune test together with bigger area vaccination experiment also were done. The results showed that the bovine endometritis vaccine has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of cow endometritis.
