Identification & Isolation Of Pathogenic Bacteria Of Dairy Cow Endometritis And Establishment Of A Rabbit Model Of Endometritis And Its Treatment

Endometritis is the pathologic processes in endometrium.Chinese Veterinary called "Dai Xia Zheng".The endometritis is duo to after parturition the cow had a bad resistance and the environment was polluted,so the pathogen enter in uterus to cause inflammation.In this experiment,75 uterine secretion samples were collected from clinical cow endometritis in north of Xinjiang include Urumqi city,Chang ji city,Kui tun city and Shihezi city.The results showed that we got 10 kinds pathogenic bacteria.Among the total the Staphylococcus aureus is 56 strains(29.62%);Escherichia coli is 52 strains(27.51%); the Pseudomonas aeruginosa is 25 strains(13.23%);Bacillus cereus is 22 strains(11.64%) the Streptococcus agalactiae is 17 strains(8.99%);and the Streptococcus dysgalactiae is 10 strains(5.30%);Salmonella is 3 strains(1.59%);Staphylococcus mintermedius 2 strains(1.06%);Staphylococcus epidermidis 1 strain (0.53%);Proteus vulgris 1 strain (0.53%).Musmusculus albus showed that all except the Bacillus cereus pathogenic bacterias can causing mice death.Drug sensitive test show the pathogenic bacterias are sensitive to all drugs.We use pathogenic bacterias modeling rabbits endometritis.By clinical observation and tissue slice observation we know the pathogenic bacterias we got can make rabbits'endometritis. We use Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli immunized rabbits and got the antisera.At the same time we use Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli to make vaccines and immunized rabbits 3 times by immune programme.After the rabbits were immuned for 3 times we infect Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in uterus.The result showed that the vaccines we made can't prevent the endometritis efficiently.We use the antisera to cure rabbits endometritis model by 2 way:subcutaeous inject antisera and intrauterine perfusion antisera.The result showed that subcutaeous inject antisera can't cure rabbits endometritis model,but intrauterine perfusion antisera ure rabbits endometritis model showed a good curative effect.
