The endometritis is a common disease of dairy cow which is the main reason for the infertility of cows and caused about60to70percent of cows to be eliminated. The increasing mobility of endometritis after the puerperal has reached about27percent in parts of some scaled dairy farms of Chongqing and because of the weak treatment, there was a great economic loss in the dairy industry. In our research, we choose85dairy cows from6dairy farms and acquired contents from uteruses of the cow through Rectum Grasp Method. We detected the amount of microbial species in uterus and analyzed its relationship with the time after the delivery. After that, we isolated and identified species of these microbial and did some bacteria drug sensitive test using some normal antibiotics in clinical. In our research, we get the uterus contents on day2,5,7,9,14and30post the delivery from42dairy cows in the asepsis condition and test the amount of the bacteria and the isolation and identification of them. The results show that the positive bacteria detection rate was100percent in first30days after the delivery and there exist single-infection and combined-infection and the later was more serious. The amount of the number and species of the bacteria shows different pattern depended on the time. In18cows, the number of the bacteria species has reached the highest point on day5to day7after the delivery and the number of the bacteria has reached the highest point on day7, while the number of the species and amount of the bacteria began to decrease on day9after the delivery and came back to the normal level on day30after the delivery. In the other24cows, the number of the bacteria species has reached the highest point on day7to day9and the amount of the bacteria has become the biggest on day14after the delivery, after which the number of bacteria species and amount of the bacteria has kept in a high level and cause the sign of endometritis. The results have showed that there were some condition-dependent bacteria, which will cause endometritis at the right condition. And the key point for pathology endometritis to normal physiological fate is on day9after the delivery. In our research, we studied the content from67cows and isolated18species of bacteria,3species of fungi and lmycoplasma through isolation culture and biochemistry identification tests. There exist single-infection and combined-infection and the later was more serious. Aerobe and Gram-Positive Bacteria are the main bacteria isolated. The aerobe are Ella’s and E. Coli., Streptococcus pyogenes, staphylococcus aureus and the bacillus cereus spores and the anaerobic bacteria are The gas production capsule spindle bacteria, anaerobic digestion streptococcus and vulnerable Coli.; Fungi are candida albicans; Mycoplasma is ureaplasma urealyticum. And different microbial species in different dairy farms. We did the bacteriostasis tests in vitro to identify the drug-resistant of some main pathogenic bacterium, for example the agar diffusion method for aerobe and continuous dilution method for Bacteroides fragilis. The results show that all the aerobe bacteria can resist to streptomycin and different resist to erythromycin, tetracycline, doxycycline, colin, neomin and florfenicol et al..and sensitive to kanamycin, gentamycin, tobramycin, amoxicillin, sulbactam, ofloxacin, levofloxacin, norfloxacin and cephalosporin drugs. Bacteroides fragilis was sensitive to tetracycline. As a conclusion, we suggest that the dairy farms can cure endometritis with Kanamycin, Gentamycin and Tetracycline.
