In this paper, through pot experiment,a research was conducted to investigate the effects of inoculating single vaccination Glomous Mosseae, inoculating single vaccination Gversiforme and mixed inoculation both vaccination independently on the growth, synthesis and accumulation of the pharmaceutically active ingredient of Artemisia annua, and to explore new ways of improving the artificial cultivation of medicinal herbal active ingredient content. The research results are as follows:Compared with the control, a single vaccination and inoculation of mixed AM fungi are able to improve the Artemisia annua plant height, stem diameter and above-ground portion of the content, reducing the root-shoot ratio.Compared with the control, single and mixed inoculation of AM fungi are able to improve the Artemisia annua root length, root surface area and volume, and the mixed inoculation has the best results.Compared with the control, single and mixed inoculation of AM fungi can improve the total nitrogen content in leaves and branches of Artemisia annua, and the mixed inoculation has the best results; single and mixed inoculation of AM fungi can improve the total phosphorus content in leaves and branches of Artemisia annua, the mixed inoculation and GV treatment have better results; Single and mixed inoculation of AM fungi on effect of Artemisia annua potassium content show no performance significant difference.Compared with the control, a single vaccination and inoculation of mixed A M fungi improved the content of chlorophyll in the leaves of Artemisia annua, in the early growth of Artemisia annua, GV treatment had a larger effect of vaccination on chlorophyll content of Artemisia annua, and later, the mixed inoculation had a higher effect of vaccination on chlorophyll content of Artemisia annua than both GM and GV single vaccinations.Compared with the reference, mixed inoculation treatment can significantly improve the content of artemisinin in the leaf of Artemisia annua.Compared with the reference, Single inoculation and mixed inoculation treatment can improve the oil recovery rate of essential oil. Mixed inoculation showed significant differences. The inoculation can also make Artemisia annua. volatile oil components and their relative content changes. And inoculation treatment and the CK control group of essential oil relative content of relatively large main component is basically the same.
