Research On Application Effect Among Different Degradable Films

The development of plastic mulching technology though greatly improved the output of crops, brought huge benefits to peasants, it also led to a series of soil pollution in farmland. So it is necessary to develop degradable films, to search the agricultural effects of it, under field conditions, degradable films compared observably with plastic mulching in such aspects as soil temperature improving, moisture and temperature maintaining and agronomic traits of corns by the contrast tests among degradable films, plastic mulching and open culture of corns, consequently, further research on whether the degradable mulching could replace the common mulching in applying in agriculture production widely has been done.It shows that degradable films could improve soil temperature underground0-15cm,increase soil moisture underground0-40cm, aggrandize the amount of dry matter overground and blade area of corns, so did its stem diameter and height, thus made its growth conditions an outbalance over other conditions, finally made the output increased. So, the degradable mulching is similar to the plastic mulching in improving the soil temperature, moisture and agriculture traits, because of the rainfall, liquid films was scoured severely and led to soil bared partly, this had a strong impact on the results, its effect on preservation of temperature and moisture has not shown properly, meanwhile it can be concluded that the liquid film should be used with caution under field condition, its agriculture characteristics need further research. Besides, because of the influence of the wind, most of degradable film B was torn, the ground mainly bared, impacted the later stage of the results, but it could be known form earlier stage that its indicators had few differences with degradable film A and plastic mulching, it illustrated that degradable mulching B achieved good results in maintaining soil temperature and moisture, but effected by the wind easily, so it should be used with caution under field condition, too.
