The middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River vast land, large population, is one ofthe most important areas of China’s economic development, food cultivation and agriculturalproduction. Fengqiu County is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow Riverregion northeast of Henan Province, Xinxiang City, the southeast corner and strategic location,convenient transportation, good light and heat conditions, agricultural obvious advantages.Fengqiu County is a national commodity grain base counties, is one of the nation’s grainproduction counties, national poverty counties and provincial comprehensive agriculturaldevelopment in key counties.In recent years, along with economic development, population growth and resourcerequirements, Fengqiu agricultural production gradually showing some of the new changes,new problems.Region more frequent natural disasters, drought, floods, wind, frost, hail andother natural disaster-prone, where drought is the region’s premier natural disasters;worsening phenomenon of land "three"(desertification, salinization and degradation), soildeterioration in the physical and chemical nature of the organic matter content of the topsoil,agro-ecological system has been severely damaged; environmental pollution caused byindustrial development, some impact on agricultural production.In view of this situation, based on the Fengqiu first decade of the21st centuryagricultural comprehensive situation as the research object, in the full use of domestic andforeign agricultural ecosystem health evaluation theory, on the basis of defining the meaningof agricultural ecosystem health, and through the Fengqiu agricultural development presentsituation, the analysis of characteristics of agricultural ecological system combining with thecharacteristics of regional agriculture and based on the analytic hierarchy process (ahp)mathematical, model and systematically thinking principle, established a comprehensivecharacteristics, structure characteristics, functional characteristics and art features fourcriterion layer and the concrete including21evaluation index of the agriculture ecosystemhealth evaluation index system.Uses analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and entropy weight method to determine the therelative weight of each index in the evaluation index system, at the same time, according toFengqiu actual values range, every index in the related research literatures, combined with previous studies, on the basis of reference "in henan province for national economic andsocial development11th five-year plan outline, using general method and national standard ofagricultural ecological system health is divided into five levels, namely Ⅰ health level, levelⅡ health, Ⅲ sub-health, Ⅳ level generally pathological, Ⅴ serious morbidity, by using thecomprehensive evaluation index system, analyzes the Fengqiu agricultural ecological systemhealth between2001and20100, at the same time, according to the evaluation results, putsforward several opinions to improving Fengqiu agriculture ecosystem health and thesuggestion, can provide a beneficial reference for regional agricultural production,management, and also for regional agricultural ecosystem health evaluation research hascertain theoretical significance.Study period (2001-2010), Fengqiu agricultural ecological system in generalpathological state of sub-health to the overall health status transition stage, since2001, eachyear between amplitude of fluctuation is not big, overall situation presents a positive trend oftwists and turns, and slowly rising. Concrete analysis region comprehensive characteristics,structure characteristics, functional characteristics and art features each ten years trendindicators, the Fengqiu agricultural development, there are following problems: shortage ofarable land resources, land reserve resources is insufficient, the prominent contradictionbetween human and land, generally pathological level of per capita cultivated land;Agricultural ecological environment is changeable, influence on the stability of the system,the function is obvious; Irrigation and water conservancy irrigation infrastructure constructionlag, the relevant government capital and construction investment insufficient, the system towithstand drought, floods and other risk ability to maintain system stability; Agriculturalproduction is low, research in the decade, Fengqiu agricultural ecological system ofagriculture output value per unit area in08years ago has been in the general pathologicalconditions, such as breeding industry, economic crops, the market demand after thetransformation, gradually showing a trend of transition to a state of sub health, health;Agricultural output push further ascension, it relies too much on a lot of artificial auxiliaryenergy, the efficiency of the system itself is not high.Based on research results and the existing problems, and Fengqiu actual situation,proposed in this paper improve the level of Fengqiu agriculture ecosystem health advice andcountermeasures: one, cherish, rational utilization of land, to protect arable land resources;Second, in order to improve the soil quality as the center, strengthening the construction offarmland; Third, to strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure, improve the ability to art; Fourth, increase the intensity of industrial structure adjustment, optimize systemstructure; Five, increase investment in agricultural science and technology, adhere to the"scientific technology".
