Amphibian is a group of animals from aquatic to terrestrial transition,and its reproduction and survival cannot be separated from water.At the same time,they are very sensitive to changes in the environment.In recent years,due to habitat loss and fragmentation,environmental pollution and other factors,the amphibians in the world have occurred a significant trend of decline.Amphibians are very important for the maintenance of wetland biodiversity,providing the agricultural ecosystem services and the maintenance of regional ecosystem health,amphibian conservation has not been paid enough attention in china.This paper summarizes amphibian related research,combined with the characteristics of agricultural landscape in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,taking Fengqiu County as the research area,select 31 pond wetlands as samples.Select the pond emergent vegetation coverage and plant integrity index,pond area,water pond,slope,shallow slope,human activities,hydrological changes and amphibian larva predator nine indicators as amphibian ponds scale factors,and landscape development intensity index(LDI),the distance from the nearest road,nearest distance of four ponds and recent woodland four landscape scale factors to assess the amphibian habitat suitability of single factor.Then,the weight of each factor was determined by AHP and the fuzzy evaluation method was used to evaluate the habitat suitability of amphibian The biological integrity index was used to verify the evaluation results.The single factor evaluation results showed that the majority of sample pond area is large,only 6.5% of the sample area is small;pond aquatic vegetation coverage is generally low,not suitable for amphibian survival accounted for 29.03% of total;and the pond water quality and micro topography on amphibians is appropriate;the disturbance of human activities and hydrological changes are obvious,which have adverse effects on amphibians.All of the sample pond LDI scores were >2,indicates that the study area has no natural wetland types,mainly are agricultural types of wetland,which is ordinary for amphibians.there are 38.7% ponds from other ponds is less than 100 m,which is suitable for amphibian migration.The majority of samples are not far from road,a total of 32.3% samples from the road not more than 100 m,which are not suitable for amphibian survival.The results of Index of biological integrity showed that most samples of pond amphibian integrity is good,only 9.7% samples are poor.The range of habitat suitability index(HSI)of sample ponds is 1.956 to 3.925.HSI and amphibian integrity index regression analysis showed that HSI can be used as a good predictor of amphibian integrity.Based on the standard of amphibian biological integrity,we determine the suitability of the HSI evaluation standard by the regression equation.The HSI score "most suitable" and " secondary suitability ","general" and "inappropriate" standard respectively are 2.954、2.526 and 2.097.The habitat suitability evaluation results show that a total of 61.3% of the sample is suitable or appropriate,not suitable for pond accounted for only 16.1%.The results of comprehensive evaluation of amphibian habitat suitability showed that although the intensity of agricultural activities in Fengqiu county is great,the whole pond wetland was in good condition,which was suitable for amphibian survival,maintained a high level of amphibian biological integrity.
