Based on the preparation of allicin6%EW, the inhibitory effect of allicin EW6%onvarious plant pathogenic fungui in pepper, kiwi fruit and rice and its effect on seedgermination and seedling growth of4kinds of vegetables were determined. The efficacy ofallicin6%EW on the main diseases of pepper and it effect on the yield of Chinese cabbagewere tested in the field. The main contents are as follows:1、Making allicin6%emulsion in water can use this method that add an appropriateamount of antifreeze and defoamers to the mixture that Allicin compound amino acid asraw materials, Methyl laurate and water as the solvent and Termul5030as emulsifiers, andthen stir them.Through determination, the indicators met the requirements of the emulsionin water quality standards.2. Allicin6%EW had significant inhibitory effects on mycelium growth ofColletotrichum capsici, Phytophthora capsici, Pyricularia oryae, Rhizoctonia solani,Phomopsis macrospore, Botryotinia fuckeliana, Alternaria alternata, Botryosphaeriadothidea and Fusarium proliferatum, its EC50were130.15,128.11,150.92,46.16,245.59,301.86,241.02,261.83and281.67mg·L-1, respectively. Allicin6%EW had strongerinhibitory effects on spores production and germination of C. capsici and P. capsici, itsEC50were142.6and155.51mg·L-1on spores production,138.76and156.28mg·L-1onspores germination, respectively. Allicin6%EW had a better inhibitory effect on sclerotiagermination of R. solani, its EC50was49.83mg·L-1. There was no significant differencebetween inhibitory effects of allicin6%EW at600mg·L-1and carbendazim50%WP at1000mg·L-1. Allicin6%EW had better efficacy on C. capsici and P. capsici, its efficacy onC. capsici at600~1200mg·L-1were83.9%~89.6%in third days after treatment,81.7%~85.0%in seventh days after treatment. There was no significant differencebetween its efficacy and the efficacy of carbendazim50%WP at1000mg·L-1on C. capsici.Its efficacy on P. capsici at1200mg·L-1in third and seventh days after treatment were84.6%and83.6%, respectively. There was no significant difference between its efficacyand the efficacy of carbendazim50%WP at1000mg·L-1on P. capsici. The recommendedconcentration of allicin6%EW against C. capsici and P. capsici were6001200mg·L-1.3. Allicin6%EW at200mg·L-1soaked for12h on seed germination of pepper, radishand lettuce had no adverse effects. Allicin at400800mg·L-1could delay seedsgermination of pepper and lettuce, had no effect on final germination rate, but allicin at400 800mg·L-1could reduce germination rate of radish. Allicin6%EW at200mg·L-1soakedfor12h could delay the germination of cabbage seeds, had no effect on final germinationrate. Allicin at400800mg·L-1could delay the cabbage seed germination and reducedseed germination rate, germination potential and germination index. Allicin6%EW aftersoaked had no significant effect on pepper seed germination, the fresh weight of seedlingand root and root growth were normal. Allicin6%EW had significant promoting effect onseedling fresh weight, root fresh weight, hypocotyl width of Chinese cabbage after soakedat200mg·L-1, no obvious promoting effect at400800mg·L-1. Allicin6%EW aftersoaked at200400mg·L-1could promote the germination of radish seeds, and hadsignificant promoting effects on seedling fresh weight, root fresh weight and hypocotylwidth of radish, and had significant inhibitory effect on root and hypocotyl growth. Allicin6%EW after sprayed had significant promoting effects on seedling growth of4kinds ofvegetables, the fresh weight of seedling and root, plant height and hypocotyl width wereincreases, and had significant inhibitory effect on root, the difference of differentconcentration treatment was not significant.4. Results in pot experiment showed that allicin6%EW at100200mg·L-1hadsignificantly promoting effects on plant height, opening degree, maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width, fresh weight and dry weight of aboveground and underground parts,the indexes were increased with the increase of concentration. Results in field test showedthat allicin6%EW at100200mg·L-1had significantly promoting effects on plant height,leaf opening degree, maximum leaf length, maximum leaf width, chlorophyll content andthe fresh weight and dry weight of aboveground and underground parts, the indexes wereincreased with the increase of concentration. The biological indexes of Chinese cabbageafter sprayed allicin6%EW at100200mg·L-1were higher than that after sprayed20%pure amino acid leaf fertilizer at400mg·L-1, there was no significant difference betweenbiological indexes after sprayed allicin6%EW at5066.7mg·L-1and20%pure aminoacid leaf fertilizer at400mg·L-1.
