Because peanuts often suffer many threats of diseases in the process of growth, it’s important to research all kinds of peanut plant diseases and insect pests to maintain the equilibrium of supply and demand of peanut with the large-scale cultivation of peanuts. In order to prevent and control pests and other adverse effects of biotic stresses and abiotic stresses such as cold, spraying and broadcasting fungicides and insecticides, etc. are used to reduce these threats with the shortcoming of low efficiency and the harm of predators and other defects. Therefore, improving pesticide application technology is particularly important. Seed coating technology is being developed and has to be used in high-tech agricultural. Through measuring the peanut plant growth traits, SOD、POD activity and a number of physiological and biochemical parameters, the study is about imidacloprid seed dressing to improve or reduce the vigor of peanut seeds under different conditions. It can help to have a deeper understanding on improving or reducing the peanut seeds vigor mechanism by the study of seed treatment on the effect of peanut seed germination and seedling period physiological and biochemical. The main research results outlined below:1The effect of imidacloprid seed dressing on seed germination and seed vigor in different temperatures. The results showed that: As the temperature rised, peanut seed germination rate and seed vigor increased; At30℃, the increasing of the seed germination rate and the seed vigor slowed.2The effects of different concentrations of imidacloprid seed dressing on germination and growth of peanut seeds in different temperature conditions. The results showed:The effect of low concentration on seed germination was not obvious, the effect of high concentration on seed germination was inhibited; In low temperature conditions, the rate of rotten seed was higher than the CK, and the rate of emergence was low. In high temperature conditions, imidacloprid seed dressing treatment was significantly higher than that. The effect of the treatment was best when dressed by30mL/15kg seed, showing that increased germination rate, robust seedlings, more root and more dark leaves. And through the determination of peanut leaf cell membrane permeability and soluble protein content seedlings showed at lower temperatures, increased membrane lipid peroxidation, conductivity increased membrane permeability increased, peanut seedlings had some damage, eventually leading to increase rotten seeds.3.The effects of imidacloprid seed dressing by the method of small cup under different conditions. The results showed that: by means of peanut seedling growth properties such as plant height, root length, and the superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), etc., indicating under25℃conditions,60%relative soil moisture, when dressed by30ml/15kg seed, sowing after dressing one day, the effect was the most obvious on the growth, root activity, chlorophyll content, protective enzyme activities of peanut seedlings. With the increase of the number of dressing days, the effect of imidacloprid seed dressing on the growth of peanut seedlings was smaller, and the effect was negative and the rate of rotten seed increased sowing after dressing7days.4. The effect of imidacloprid seed dressing on peanut growth at different stage in Greenhouse conditions. It further defined the effect of imidacloprid seed dressing under different conditions. It can be a physiological index to guide agricultural practical application of imidacloprid seed dressing technology.
