The Synchronization of Industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization is a major strategic of the "Twelfth Five-Year" period, but in the process of advancing, neglect or relax agricultural informatization is widespread, making the binary structure of urban and rural imbalance, and " three agriculture problems " has become a major worry, which affect steady and rapid economic development and social harmony and stability; On the other hand, during agricultural production, it exist unreasonable phenomenon in water and fertilizer management, and resulting in a waste of resources and environmental pollution problems, causing great trouble to the sustainable development of agriculture. Therefore, changing the mode of agricultural production, and improving labor productivity, and optimizing the structure of primary industrial has been the fundamental way to solve the contradiction of the binary structure of urban and rural, and armed with information technology about modem agriculture become an inevitable requirement of historical development.With the spreading application of integrated management of water and fertilizer, as well as the drip irrigation technology, intelligent irrigation and fertilization system has brought tangible benefits for agricultural development in efficiency of the section and the protection of the environment, which is considered to be the inevitable choice for future development of modern agriculture. However, see the current state of development of our country’s modern agriculture, it’s still in infancy, this technology is not mature yet, particularly the sophisticated equipment of irrigation and fertilization, excessive dependence on foreign, although the foreign equipment be more advanced, control level is also higher, but it’s more expensive and some functions are not suitable for China’s national conditions, so it’s very necessary to develop a unit of precision fertilizer that suit for our national conditions, when we learn from foreign advanced technology, we also based on our social and economic conditions, and combined with our unique climate characteristics, then developed the high level of intelligent irrigation and fertilization system.For our precision fertilization device is mainly dependent on imports, and automatic fertilizing device make a serious discrepancy between the actual market, this paper base on the PAC technology, presents a classical mode in the use of agricultural fertilizer management, witch composed by the control center, the next crew, actuators, sensors composed of four parts. this classical mode takes full use of PAC technology advantages, such as identifying common programming languages, using PC’s rich resource in hardware and software, Flexible communication, can manage and utilize rich information resources. In this paper, bye using of this model, designed to achieve three systems:First, deep hydroponics automatic control system; Second, Small-scale intelligence drip irrigation system; Third, achieve to build a medium-sized agriculture information park thought the thinking of multi-threaded and Rotation, through continuous improvement and perfection, successfully expanded into a multi-stage crew corresponds to the audience-bit machine, and formation a multi-slave structure. Testing by the practice, proved the system flexible assembly, strong expansion, low cost, easy to spread, through hard work and try, out of a road for our country’s agricultural information, witch is an independent innovation road.
