China is lack of water resources,has large water consumption in agricultural industry and low water utilization efficiency,and in severe water waste condition.At the same,China also ranks top in production and usage of fertilizer,per unit area fertilizer consumption is high while the efficiency of fertilizer is in low level and cause severe environment pollution problems.Integrated precision irrigation and fertilization technology is the best way to solve the above problems.With the water and fertilizer integrated technology getting popularized and applied within domestic,the development of management system and expert system attracts more and more attention.As for now,the domestic water and fertilizer integrated management system is rarely applied in apple orchard.There are no fertigation strategy in water and fertilizer management,the problems,like lacking intelligence and time-validity,data cannot be shared also exist in fertigation strategy.Aiming at the outstanding problems in the integrated management system of water and fertilizer in apple orchard,this paper built the prototype system of water and fertilizer integrated cloud platform of apple orchard based on the related theories of cloud computing technology and knowledge management,and develops an intelligent decision-making expert system in this platform,the knowledge management technology for the fertilization strategy of apple orchard was studied,the apple demonstration garden of Henghe Farm in Yishui County,Linyi City,Shandong Province was used as the experimental base to realize the intelligent management of fertilization in apple orchard.It is of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of apple orchard production.The main research work and innovations are as follows:(1)A prototype system of water and fertilizer integrated cloud platform for apple orchard was constructed.Firstly,analyzed the functional requirements of the water and fertilizer integrated cloud platform of Apple Orchard.Secondly,the operation mode of “Private Cloud-Public Cloud-Public Cloud” of Apple Water and Fertilizer Integrated Cloud Platform was put forward,and designed the water and fertilizer integrated cloud platform frame of Apple Orchard.The framework was divided into the data service layer,the intelligent decision expert system,the system interface layer and the human-computer interaction layer from the bottom up,the basic functions,knowledge management functions,expert decision-making functions,search functions,interactive functions of the Apple Water and Fertilizer Integrated Cloud Platform were also analyzed.Finally,the prototype system was built and some functions were developed.(2)An intelligent decision-making expert system based on Apple Water and Fertilizer Integrated Cloud Platform was constructed.Aiming at the related requirements of intelligent decision-making in the water and fertilizer integrated cloud platform of Apple Orchard,this paper proposed the concept of defining strategy as knowledge,and then constructed an intelligent decision-making expert system.Based on the expert knowledge of water and fertilizer integration in apple orchard and the theory of knowledge engineering,an expert knowledge base was built,realized the functions of knowledge acquisition,knowledge storage,knowledge representation,knowledge calling and knowledge retrieval;a series of knowledge of irrigation and fertilization were saved in the expert knowledge base,and made model of irrigation strategy,the knowledge-based irrigation and fertilization strategy management was realized.(3)An intelligent retrieval algorithm based on integrated irrigation and fertilization strategy for apple orchard was proposed.Firstly,the user’s search for fertigation strategy is divided into four categories based on title,uploader name,upload time and evaluation.Secondly,the construction method of orchard domain ontology was proposed.Based on this,the apple orchard field ontology was constructed,with the support of the field ontology,proposed the conceptual similarity algorithm,and tested it.Finally,it sorted the similarity between the search statement and the title of the fertigation strategy and the matching degree of the title search,and returned the search results to the user.In order to verify the intelligent search algorithm for the title of the fertigation strategy in this paper,the test was conducted by means of a controlled experiment.The same search sentence was used to search the irrigation fertilization strategy in this paper and the traditional keyword search knowledge base.The test results show that: as the user searches the title of the fertigation strategy is the subjective search,even the keyword search has high precision,the retrieved content still contains a lot of irrelevant information,and the user needs to filter one by one,which reduces the user’s experience;the retrieval rate of the retrieval algorithm in this paper is higher than the traditional keyword retrieval,and can sort fertigation strategies based on similarity between search terms and titles to provide users with optimal irrigation and fertilization strategy.In summary,this paper focus on the problem,such as the lack of intelligence in water and fertilizer integrated control system,lack of professional guidance in fertigation and data cannot be shared in the apple orchard water and fertilizer integrated control system,and proposed the key technology of the apple orchard water and fertilizer integrated cloud platform construction and intelligent decision management technology.The cloud platform was constructed and the intelligent decision-making expert system were built in it,the expert knowledge intelligent retrieval algorithm for the irrigation fertilization strategy provided the user with the optimal irrigation and fertilization strategy,which can scientifically guide irrigation and fertilization in apple orchard.
