| Agriculture is the basis of our national economy and Agricultural development is our top priority. However, the agricultural modernization in China is still low, extensive farming methods which are China’s main agricultural mode are still present. This mode of agricultural production directly leads to a series of problems, such as the deterioration of China’s agro-ecological environment, input not proportional to the benefits, decline of agricultural production and quality. Faced with these problems, in2005, China’s Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Finance have made a decision for the extensive and irrational mode of agricultural production which has great significance of agricultural development, they planned to promote the work of soil testing and fertilizer technology across the country. The introduction of the3S technology to agricultural production and management can not only improve the efficiency of agricultural production, but also conducive to the optimal allocation of agricultural production resources. It makes a direction of its development for China’s modernization of agricultural production.This research starting from the actual needs of the agriculture of Taixing, using C#and collected information, making ArcGIS Engine as a secondary developing platform, finally, we initially get the farmland testing and fertilizer management system. This system has some functions, such as Basic map operation, information query of soil content, data management, fertilization programs recommended (Soil testing and recipe cards programs and the target output of the program, it provide an important basis and technical support for the scientific application of fertilizers in agriculture and management in Taixing.(1) By taking the sample soil points of Taixing, this study acquired lots of soil sample points of this area. For these acquired soil sample points, we made a normal distribution test on the samplings points data by using ArcGIS, in this way, we can remove some points that don’t meet the normal distribution or some point with specific value. By analysis of relevant data, this study determined that sampling points can behalf of the overall situation of the local soil, understood the soil distribution of the study area, and acquired the nutrient properties of farmland there.(2) For different needs of different users, this study innovatively use of three-cause-five-element method and the nutrient balance method as the models of the Soil testing and recipe cards programs and goals of production method. Through this way, the fertilization program with different objectives and requirements can be more accurate.(3) This system used ArcEngine9.2as the platform, achieved the visual operation of the system by using Visual C#language development. The development approach of COMGIS is not only powerful, compact and flexible, but it also can combine the data management module and graphics management module effectively, making the developed system the strong price advantage and use advantage. Considering the user’s knowledge structure, as far as possible, this system paid more attention to the needs of users who may not understand the knowledge of information technology well, and particularly designed a user-friendly interface, allowed users to personal experience to the convenience of the operation of the system. |
