Rice directly planting is a new plant technology and the application value is widely known when the researches are spread over the country special in agricultural technology and seed. Its effective result is obvious. Till now, with the development of rice direct-planting technology, the rice planting machine moves further. But the conflict between machine optimization and needs stood out.The rice direct-seed machine is equipped with slot-wheel take-out seeder which low accuracy and uniformity in seed are behind of the modern agriculture rice planting needs. The research and improvement of the accuracy hill-drop rice planting machine can help the direct-plant technology to create the advantages of high output, increasing produce and saving cost. The ratio of function and cost is competitive and contribute to step to new point of rice direct planting technology. The machine converts planting pattern from traditional to semi-accuracy hill-drop. It is regularly plant besides the advantages above. It plays an active role in high and stable produce. And it means great to sustaining development of our agriculture.American is the represent country in which direct-planting mechanization is popular around the world. In Asia, trans-planting is typical and as Japan for example which applies the wrap-seed procedure and high-quality soil prepare machines. In European and American countries the accuracy planters are nearly perfect besides equipped with soil-prepare, soil-cover, pressing and fertilize, spray pesticides which has seeders applied new principles such as pneumatic theory and mechanical theory guaranteeing accuracy.But in our country, the techniques haven’t achieved the world level. And it is not appropriate to introduce direct-plant into our country for its high cost and our low working especially hill-drop working technique. Therefore, Ⅶit is hard for us to create rice accurate seeder machine. As yet, rice accurate hill-drop planter is only developed in Suzhou Agriculture generalization station in Jiangsu province. It is a new rice direct-planter which design a intermittent driven seeder and seed-fill-second technique to create rice planting in line avoiding seed hurt for the badly fluidness as the modern rice direct-plant procedure. In base of researches of others, this paper covers the manufacturing and test of new rice hill-drop machine. The machine effect of test to traditional rice and hybrid rice was executed. Discussed and summarized the control to hill-drop technology, and created the rice plant mechanization base. A gradient cycle seeder was designed and seed-fill for second was studied to conclude a intermittent seeder technology.
