Mechanization conservation tillage is a synthetical agricultural and ecological engineering technology of realizing sustainable development of north arid agriculture. The key to that is the research and design of no-tillage planters. Nowadays the core problem is anti-blocking in the research and design of no-tillage planters domestic and abroad. Although many agricultural machine experts have made some progress, the anti-blocking problem is not solved in grain. This dissertation just focus on the point,to try to resolve the problem brought on jam, drill is substitute for hill drop and the work way of soil parts is changed(The move of drill is changed to turn of hill drop).The recent experience of hill drop planter on tectorial planting is absorbed and existing machine is advanced and optimized to fit the need of no-till plantation.A frame of hill drop wheel with device to exert a force was designed to help burying and caving of hill drop,at same time, it has well profile modeling of monomer.To insure that the opening device is fit for different condition of plantation, compulsive cam-rocker opening device was researched and designed.Combining with work characteristic of hill drop,the scoop separating device was chosen,a canal mated with the device was developed and the structure of scoop was improved to adapt the higher rotate speed and elevate the efficiency of separating and filling seed.At last, mechanism of hill drop was analyzed...
