The Development Of The Planter For Grasslands With The Hill Drop

In many areas,the acreage of grasslands has becoming less and less because of the deterioration of the ecological environment, and affects the society's economic and sustainable development directly. It is highly important that we plant Tibetan medicine in grasslands largely by using machines,because it can improve the grasslands,protect the resources of the wild Tibetan medicine and ensure the continued development of Tibetan medicine industry with the supply of medicine.The structure and characteristics of the existing hill drop planters is absorbed,advanced and optimized to fit the need of no-till plantation in the grasslands.In the machine,drill is substitute for hill drop and the work way of soil parts is changed(The move of drill is changed to turn of hill drop).And damage the soil and grass slightly and schieve no-tilladeWith the gravity,the hill-drop can go into the soil , control the size and quantity of the seed by the dividing box. And sow the seed of Tibetan medicine in the grasslands accurately with the soft and dry soil.This paper introduces the principle of work and design of the key parts.And designs the whole machine in Pro/ENGINEER, creates the three dimensional model, and determines the location of the center of gravity.In addition, nalyzes the main part of under stress in ANSYS.
