The Research Of The Fuzziness Of The Constructions’ Path Space

Generally, we understand the path space as a certain concept, because it plays the roles of giving direction and determining the traffic routes. However, the essence of path space as the intermediary space is fuzzy which is being forgotten gradually. Now, emerged in path space ambiguity of a large number of outstanding works,the path space is not only a traffic space, but also has many functions and can be changed timely. People use the path space not simply as a pathway, with the diversification required from the path space, it should allow freer walking in the pathway. The activities in the path space are no longer monotonous but full of the expectation. At the same time, the background of the uncertainties from the Information Technology generation, the essay aims to analyze the path space in architecture from its nature of fuzzy. Based on this point, the research paid more attention on the path space’s function within the modern time.The essay is divided into four chapters in accordance with the questions; analyze problems, to solve the problem of the logic of study. The first chapter is the introduction of the path space, and to solve the bottleneck of contemporary domestic architects in the path space’s fuzzy design technique, as well as to consider the fuzziness of the path space into the design of the construction of pathways. Reflection on the path space of our understanding, the first chapter aims to complete the concept’s definition of the research object, and to discuss the fuzziness of the path space from two aspects, the chapter will discuss these two stages. The third chapter is to analyze the physical representation of fuzzy building path space from the "shape", the analysis includes three aspects:the function of fuzziness in the path space, the ambiguity and path space’s fuzziness, and the fuzziness from the interface of organization’s order. Based on the discussion above, the last chapter attempts to give examples from the "build" aspect which combined with a large number of contemporary architectural constuctions, As well as to summarize the construction learning from their path space ambiguity creation at the same time, which induced profound thought on thinking design building path space.
