In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to energy around the world,with the rapid development of high technology, industrialization also will come. Butbehind the industrialized production, more and more serious pollution and consume a lot ofenergy and other issues were taken to the world. This makes it more urgent for greenglobal demand for clean, renewable energy. Wind power technology came into being, butbecause the wind turbine working environment is very harsh, long-term large windturbines running in remote geographical areas and wind strength, inevitably malfunction,once the scene unit fails, it will lead fan shutdown. This is not only enormous impact onthe grid, after the fact for fans of repair and maintenance costs are very expensive. Thus theglobal wind power developer for real-time operating conditions and maintenance of theunit to run the fan very concerned. For fault-site crew appeared and accurate analysis todetermine the occurrence of downtime for each fault identification classification of windturbines in the relevant technology becomes more and more important.This paper analyzes the scene by running large fan units studied in various conditionsas well as the operating frequency of the wind turbine unit design structure, in-depthanalysis, while the main bearings and gearbox transmission and other major components ofthe fan unit, the state monitoring and spectral analysis, based on the above studies to builda STM32F103RBT6MCU as the core of the real-time vibration monitoring system, withits collection of wind turbines vibration signal, the paper microcontroller vibration signalacquisition system design, including signal conditioning circuit, microcontroller powersupply circuit, the sensor power supply circuit, clock circuit,reset circuits and wirelesstransmission module,MATLAB programming through a PC and MCU USB to serialcommunications, and carried out using MATLAB interface design, the realization of thefan unit monitoring carried gearbox and generator shaft and other key components of thevibration signal is displayed in real time, and its Fourier transform by MATLAB software,to further analyze the spectrum and the brightest signal. The key components of each sitecollected by large-scale wind turbine units, such as the main bearing, monitoring and spectral analysis of the generator and gearbox vibration signal and a combination ofvarious components of wind turbine units feature spectrum can accurately determinefailure type of site and the failure by testing real-time monitoring of vibration signals toillustrate the method of the subject can be used to monitor the state of the fan unit to ensuresafe operation of the unit.
