Wind power is extremely helpful for relieve the tense situation of China’s electricity supply, save energy and reduce long-term power generation costs, reduce energy use, air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, the installed capacity of wind power increase rapidly in the world. At present, wind power has become the third largest main power supply, which the installed capacity still show annual growth of15million kilowatts. But the fan parts failure is still the main cause of the abnormal downtime. In order to solve the higher failure rate for wind turbine, the research on the wind turbines monitoring and evaluation is enhanced, to guide and standardize the wind power market order, the healthy sustainable development wind power industry is guaranteed. Nowadays how to ensure that wind farms to improve economic benefit, increased capacity, and failure rate and operational cost reduce the subject has been becoming the current hot topic of research at home and abroad.Aiming at the problem around the large wind turbines running state evaluation and system research and analysis, the main content is as follows:This paper introduces the basic structure of grid wind turbines, on-line monitoring information, failure mechanism and failure of the main parts of statistical information as well as the main components of fault diagnosis methods. And the wind turbines running condition evaluation based on the theory of similarity measure and grey prediction, and analysis of research methods has been put forward. The super ball dynamic model of equipment which form real time history data of wind turbines was created to realize the unit running condition assessment and analysis.On the basis of theory research, the use of building SIS system for data mining of wind turbines, and developing the large wind turbines running status evaluation and analysis software system, combining with engineering example analysis, realizes the evaluation and analysis of the operation of wind turbines, and it has achieved good social benefits and economic benefits in engineering application s. which will played an active role in the safe and stable operation for the wind turbine generator of electric enterprise...
