UAV is currently one of the hot high-tech weaponry, and the TT&C system is the core part of theUAV system, so the validity and reliability of TT&C system is an important indicator to measure theoverall performance of the UAV. In the1980s, China started to develop the "four-in-one" integratedradio system, which includes remote control and measure, tracking and positioning and imagetransmission, it was a very advanced system at that time. In recent years, with the emergence of manynew types of UAV, as well as the modern battlefield electromagnetic environment becomeincreasingly complex, the old system gradually exposed many flaws, therefore, it is necessary to adopta new TT&C system to ensure the validity and reliability of the information transmission system.In order to provide some ideas for the new TT&C system’s formulating, this paper made anin-depth study about several key communication techniques that are currently popular, the mainresearch results are as follows: In the source coding part, we choose JPEG2000and H.264as theimage and video compression coding scheme respectively, this scheme can improve the bit rate bycompressing the source data in the greatest degree; In the encryption technology part, combined withprivate-key cryptography and public-key cryptography, the program can ensure the safety andefficiency, and also provide a more simplified key management; In the channel coding part, we useturbo codes and LDPC codes as the uplink and downlink channel coding scheme, the program canfurther improve the reliability of the system; In the modulation technology part, we adopt the OFDMmodulation and use different number of sub carriers between uplink and downlink, high-speed datatransmission is the greatest advantage of the program. Furthermore, this paper introduces the GA-SAalgorithm to reduce the PAPR value of OFDM system, simulation experiments show that thisalgorithm can obtain better results than the GA algorithm, and achieve the performance of theexhaustive search method closely; In the anti-jamming technology part, we use DS/FH and FH as theuplink and downlink anti-jamming technology scheme respectively, this program can further improvethe anti-jamming performance of the TT&C system; In the antenna technology part, by switching theoperating mode between smart antenna pattern and MIMO antenna pattern, this method not only canrealize high-speed data transmission, but also improve the anti-jamming performance of the system.
