Evaluation Of Project Quality Management Of The ChenTangzhuang Cogeneration Plant’s Phase Ⅲ Expansion Project

For a long time, countries in the world attach great importance to project’s qualitymanagement, and the associated theoretical and empirical analysis are constantly developedand improved. In recent years, China made great progress in project’s quality, and China haddifferent degrees of improvement. in terms of laws, regulations, supervision, management,and academic research. But while we have these achievements, we also should pay attentionto some objective problems, which directly affects the quality of the project considerably.Each project has long construction period, and each period has mutual restraint and influence,in a word, the influence factors are complex. So it determined that we need a scientific,objective and reasonable project quality management system, and a scientific system ofevaluation of the quality management to comprehensive evaluation.When introduce foreign advanced theory and practices, China should combine themwith China’s realities, in order to apply to the specific work of the evaluation of projectquality management. Based on the presentation of research results at home and abroad, thisarticle expounds the theories of project quality management. Then combined the specificcase of Tianjin Chentangzhuang Cogeneration Plant‘s Phase III expansion project, thisarticle builds up the evaluation index system, and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod to complete the quality assessment of the project.
