The research of this study is a hardware design about guided target’s flight attitude control system, the main controller of which is a high-precision DSP chip. The guided target can accurately hit the target mainly depending on its built-in guidance control system which includes guidance system and flight attitude control system. The guidance system detects information of target position from the combined guidance technology which is consisting of global positioning system (GPS) and strapdown inertial navigation system which includes micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) sensor. The flight attitude control system uses DSP as the central controller and uses precision linear sensors to get the information of servo rudder surface position, then depending on the information provided by navigation, the system realizes the target’s flight attitude control and trajectory control through controling4-way rudder surface.The study firstly introduces the background and significance of this research combined with the current situation of advanced guidance and control technology at home and abroad, and then introduces the hardware scheme of flight attitude control system. The study introduces basic composition, hardware structure and function of the system in detail according to its principle, characteristics and main requirement. At the same time, the selection for all parts of the system hardware components is made, the requirements of the function and main parameters are introduced, and then the control strategy and control algorithm of this system are studied.Next, hardware circuit is designed in detail. It mainly introduces the design of DSP minimum system, power supply circuit and all of the peripheral interface circuit, servo steering gear drive circuit, the actuator position detection circuit, etc. At the same time, some hardware circuit anti-interference design is introduced.Finally, the system is debugged, including hardware module testing and joint debugging of software with hardware. The control system is improved and optimized according to the result of debugging.
