Guided flight control system is the core and key parts of the aircraft system, its performance largely determine flight performance and flying qualities of the aircraft, especially guidance accuracy.This paper studies the problem of the new all-digital hardware design dummy electric steering servo control system, the system uses a high-performance digital signal processor (DSP) and pulse width modulation technology control four brushless DC motor (BLDCM) work. Firstly, the analysis of the target missile control system works on the basis of functionality and architecture attitude control system are analyzed and discussed in detail, but in accordance with the performance requirements of the system components needed for system selection, focused on the control technologies dummy control system and PID control strategy. Finally, the overall design of the four DSP control work independently servo position servo control system.Secondly, the hardware circuit guidance paper dummy flight attitude control system detailed design. Also some of the anti-jamming design of hardware circuit was introduced.Finally, the attitude control system commissioning experiments, including testing and debugging software and hardware combination of hardware modules. Module test including test code, power module, CPU module, communication module, a self-test module, PWM module and AD sampling module. Followed by three ground-the-loop simulation of an integrated system of hardware and software for the FBI, including triaxial experiment platform corner, yaw and steering away from the experimental test program controlled experiments. Finally, according to the problem and the results appear in the debug control system improved and optimized.Measured data analysis system and compare the results proved that the proposed hardware design, control strategy, the control algorithm is feasible and effective in meeting the requirements of system metrics, optimize system performance.
