In the modem war, guidance vehicle weapon could fight in long distance and high precision,the built-in guidance control system enable it to accurately hit the target of a thousand miles away.The thesis mainly research and design the software of the servo control system of guidance vehicle based on two pieces of TMS320F28335 DSP chips as its main controller.The DSP chips communication with the CAN bus which could separate the data calculation and servo control.It improve the response speed of servo control system which could more accurately control the flight track of the vehicle.The thesis first introduces the theory and the whole hardware structure of the servo control system of the guided vehicle and the function of the system requirements.The thesis studies the relationship of inertial navigation system and the global positioning system of combined guidance technology and the relationship of the flight attitude deviation and the estimated rudder position of the servo.The servo control system adopts micro motor system based on advanced navigation system (MEMS) sensor.The main controller process the flight attitude data with segment combined PID algorithm,and then output control signal to control the rudder of the servo to deflect.Control the flight attitude of vehicle is the final purpose.This topic mainly introduced the DSP software development process.At first,this thesis designs the overall software of the servo control system with the C language programming,and then designs the software of the servo control system into four modules which contain communication module, system selfcheck module, drift correction module and servo control module.The debugging of servo control system mainly includes the debugging of the function module and the test of overall performance of the servo control system of the guidance vehicle. According to the problems in debugging and testing process and results,we improve and optimize the servo control system of the guidance verchile. Finally the paper puts forward a series of ideas and suggestions, for the follow-up work is prospected.
