Guidance aircraft can accurately hit the target mainly decided by its built-in guidance control system. The subject researches and designs a guided aircraft’s servo control system software based on TMS320F28335model DSP chip,it’s mainly used to control the aircraft’s attitude and trajectory. Design servo control system software based on the aircraft aerodynamic numerical simulation, programming and debugging.In order to achieve the functions of the aircraft servo control system, firstly, using the FLUENT software establishes the three-dimensional model and divides mesh of the aircraft; then through aerodynamic simulation getting the parameters such as lift, drag and moment coefficients of the aircraft; these parameters as the reference when servo adjustment exports the torque, angle, and angular velocity. The paper briefly describes the principle of the servo control system, and introduces the designing process of the whole system;mainly design the posture trajectory control law,which based on the high-precision DSP as the core control;and then analyze the structural characteristics of the "X" servo system;and get the relationship between the aircraft’s posture angle and four rudders; the SINS system which constitutes of the micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) sensor is used as the detection device of the aircraft’s attitude information;through the algorithm processing which has set, get the guidance commands of the servo control system, and then design the gesture trajectory control law. Through analysis of the requirements and the principle of the self-control system, combine the self-test system and the host computer, finally complete the self-test of the servo system’s designing. The paper designs the software part of the entire control system, details the TMS320F28335model DSP software development process, based on the overall design process, using C language for modular programming, getting the rudder surface real-time location detection of the aircraft, data transmission and reception, the navigator receiving data processing, the servo self-test, the posture trajectory control low subroutine and so on, at the end conducting system software anti-jamming technology processing.Finally, the servo control system functional modules for debugging, the results show that the system can be completed and the servo control system to perform a self-test and self-adjustment function during the flight attitude deviation. The paper concludes with a further modify and improve the software algorithm.
