The regularity of the track has a great influence on the train.However,the concrete,which has a poor thermal conductivity and heat transfer properties, will cause serious buckling deformation under the influence of the temperature, thus affecting the regularity of the track structure. So there is a great significance on the research of the expansion deformation of track under the action of temperature and load.The paper mainly focus on the study of the warping of CRTS III slab track which under different tensioning methods and temperature loads.Besides, results of the experiment that under a cycling temperature load is taken into consideration. Especially,the paper also contains the exploration on the connection method between the layers. The main contents are shown as follows:(1) The orbital structure and characteristics of the track are summarizd in this paper, which provide the basis for the research on temperature warping.(2) A experiment scheme used on the study of slab track that under a cycling temperature and loads is designed, according to the existed specification and theory. The scheme contains a experiment content,loading mode, and the selection of experiment site and equipment,which provide a reference for the similar experiment designation.(3) The prototype experiment of CRTS III slab track was carried out.Besides,the static analyzer and dynamic monitor are used to record the temperature change,displacement and the stress variation of the track slab in the process of experiment under the action of temperature variation. The paper also studied the warping deformation law of track under temperature and loads through the analysis of displacement of the post-tensioned plate. At the same time, a comparation is also contained in the paper which shows the differents of the two plates (pre-tensioned and post-tensioned plates) under the temperature load.The experiment provides mush data to the analyze.(4) In the paper, a finite model of CRTS III slab track is established in ANSYS by a reasonable mechanical simplification,which is used to simulate the connection between the track slab and the self-compacting concrete by bondingand contact methods. Besides,the displacement and stress changes of the track slab under the action of temperature and loads is calculated.Finally, a study onthe connection between the track slab and the self-compacting concrete is shown in the paper through the comparison of the experimental measured data and calculated data.
