The pre-stress in the prestressed concrete structure is possible to significantly improvethe performance of the structural member under various use conditions, improve the structuralstiffness, weaken the structural deformation, reduce or eliminate the crack of the member,improve member crack resistance, extend its service life, and has the advantages of highpressure resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-fatigue, and thus get a wide range ofapplications.Prestressed concrete double-T slab belongs to prestressed precast concrete, it is mainlyused for the roof structure, wall structure of single industrial workshops and multi-storeyindustrial plant floor structure system. In recent years, the industrial buildings of Chinadeveloped rapidly, and the form of industrial buildings were more diverse. The prestressedconcrete double-T slab gets more and more attention, and the application are also more andmore widely. Traditional prestressed concrete double-T slab are pre-tensioned production, thisproduction process can only be prefabricated in the factory, and then transported to the sitehoisting, as the scantlings are very large, the transportation is not convenient. If thepost-tensioned production technology is taken, it can save the trouble of transport. So, studythe post-tensioned production technology of the double-T slab has practical engineeringsignificance.In this thesis, on the base of existing post-tensioned concrete T-beam studies, accordingto the current design specifications and technical manuals, the prestressed concrete double-Tslab was designed and studied by the ultimate bearing capacity design method, Thereinforcement for the panel is calculated by PKPM,the plate are analyzed using finite elementanalysis software MIDAS,the effect of size on the double-T slab performance were studied,and the design results of different span double-T slab were contrasted with pre-tensionedproduction structural member, the pros and cons of two production methods were analyzed,the calculated design results also produce basic data for the preparation atlas of post-tensionedprestressed concrete double-T slab.
