With the rapid development of the economy in china, there has appeared a large quantity of tall building and big-span large-load multifunctional buildings. The traditional pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab has not meet the needs of the construction market, which leads to the shrink of the Prefabricate part industry. It is an effective way for our prefabricate part industry to develop high effective pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab so as to go out of the depress. The traditional pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slabs are all pre-tensioning type. I design a kind of pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab in post-tensioning type. This kind of pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab can be made in locale in order to save the cost of transportation and is made in high-strength concrete and high-strength steel wires. The span is up to 12.6m which can meet the different need to all kinds of spans. The traditional pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab not only possesses better mechanical property but also meet the need of the modern construction to the pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab. I expect that his kind of pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab is an available try for the development of our prefabricate part industry. The main jobs are as follows:1. According to the current codes, the technical specification is made to prepare for the kind of pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab which establishes the base for design.2. Using the theory of average press stress, confirm the design method of calculating the area of steel bar and prove applicability of the method through an example.3. Using the C program language, workout the program of calculating the area of reinforcing steel bar and checking the ultimate of the kind of pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab, which provides the compute program for the design and check of the post-post-tensioning pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab.4. And we made the design program and use the computer program to calculatethe normal limit state and ultimate limit state of the kind of pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab within 4.8~ 12.6m which testifies that the strengths ductility and crack property can meet he need of the current codes and specification and provides parameter to the standard chart and technical support to the production of the pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab.5. Draw the picture of steel lay and the localization picture of the pre-stress curve of the post-tensioning pre-stressed reinforced concrete hollow slab within 4.8~ 12.6m in order to facility the making and constructing specifically in the future.6> The prototype static test is done for two 7.2m post-tensioned pre-stressed concrete hollow slabs. The theory of design is right and of some practical meaning through the analysis on structure performance.
