CRTSⅡ slab track structure is one of the main ballastless track structures of highspeed railway in China.With the extension of the service time of the track structure,the damage of the track slab is gradually developed.The seriously damaged track slab needs to be replaced in time.CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track structure belongs to longitudinal connected slab structure.Construction parameters such as rail lifting method,fastener loosening range and construction rail temperature during track slab replacement,And the selection of anchorage scheme when the track slab is replaced,play important roll on the overall stability and safety of the track structure during the construction process.Therefore,the above mentioned construction parameters and anchorage schemes in the replacement process of CRTSⅡ slab track structure are analyzed and studied to explore its influence on the overall stability and safety of the track structure.It is of great significance to formulate a reasonable construction plan.The main research work of this thesis is as follows :(1)The CRTSⅡ track structure characteristics of subgrade and bridge section are analyzed,and the types of damage that need to replace the track slab construction.The construction are summarized process and key construction steps of track slab replacement are analyzed.The key parameters that need to be determined in the process of rail lifting construction and track slab anchorage construction are clarified,and the relevant factors that affect the determination of parameters in construction are determined,in order to provides a theoretical basis for the setting of working conditions in the analysis of relevant parameters below.(2)Research on rail lifting method and fastener loosening range.In the construction process of CRTSⅡ track structure,the influence of different parameter combinations such as rail lifting mode,fastener loosening range and construction rail temperature on construction safety is analyzed.The selection rules of rail lifting spacing,rail lifting height and fastener loosening range under different temperatures are summarized.And it provides a reference for the selection of parameters during the construction of track slab replacement by rail lifting.(3)Research on the anchorage scheme of the track slab in the road base section.The influence of the longitudinal stress released by the longitudinal connection between the broken track plates on the track structure is analyzed.The anchorage scheme of track slab is analyzed.In the construction of replacing the track slab,the range of anchorage of the track slab is summarized.The selection law of anchorage scheme of track slab under different working conditions of temperature force and mortar debonding degree is summarized.(4)Research on anchorage scheme of track slab in bridge section.The influence of the longitudinal connection between the broken track slab on the track structure on the bridge under the action of temperature force is analyzed.And the anchorage scheme of the track slab on the bridge is calculated and analyzed.The selection rule of anchorage scheme of track slab on bridge under different working conditions of temperature force and mortar debonding degree is summarized.And the temperature range of the replacement track slab construction is clarified.
